Sauced Mozz is still the best one. And the pasta is good enough. Fajita is not bad but not the best. Service was good!

Came here on a Sunday - wait time was faster than quoted which was great. Danique was our server, she was attentive and friendly. Only downside was I wanted to order the ribs but they were out of stock :( had to order something different but the food was still good. Thank you danique !

Wait was a bit long but at least we can do a little shopping until its time to sit. Parking available. Great customer service, staff members are very nice. Wait time for food is very reasonable. Waiter was always checking on us very polite. Food was good we sat 8 people and enjoyed the food.

Although we came here on a Friday night and the wait time was wild, it was worth it. Really good service, patient staff, and delicious food. I highly recommend this Chili’s. I had the Santa Fe burger and my friend had the trio. Really good prices as well.

I had a wonderful visit at Chili’s and wanted to recognize Jonathan for going above and beyond. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout our entire meal. He made us feel genuinely welcome and made sure every detail was taken care of.

He stayed on top of our drinks, made sure our food came out exactly as ordered, and checked in often enough to show he cared without interrupting our time. His attitude was upbeat and positive, which really made the experience enjoyable.

Great service like that makes a big difference, and Jonathan truly delivered. I’ll absolutely be back and would happily sit in his section again.

Please be sure to give him a raise

Before coming to chilis my mom had spoke to Marilyn over the phone and she accommodated + reassured there wouldn’t be much of a wait & we will get a table. Upon coming in, we were greeted my Frank the Host whom was very welcoming & Kind! No wait , he immediately seated us at a table and knew who we were when arrived! Danique was our server, very open minded & patient with our orders. Marilyn then surprised us with a Choco lava cake towards the end of our dinner. My family & I will definitely make a return here ! Loved the service & the food was great (I even took food to go) !

Easily one of the best experiences I've ever had. The food came out quickly, and our server, Lu, was one of the best servers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting friendly, attentive, and funny

I came here yesterday for lunch with my family. We were a large group (initially 8, then realized we were actually 10 because we had two babies and weren’t sure if they counted). The hostess was patient and kind while we figured it out. She wasn’t overly cheerful or bubbly, but she was polite and accommodating, which I appreciated.

They pushed two tables together for us, which I understand was necessary, but it ended up being one wide table joined with a very narrow one. It wasn’t a huge issue, just not very aesthetically pleasing and felt a little awkward.

Our server, Ro (R-O), was honestly the highlight of the visit. He was attentive, kind, funny, and very professional. He’s also bilingual, which made a big difference because my mother doesn’t speak English. He made a point to let us know he could help her directly, which was very thoughtful. He was smiling the whole time, checked in on us often, helped with substitutions, and even took pictures of our table (and did so happily). He made the experience much better overall.

The restaurant wasn’t crowded, which was nice. They seated us in the back, which was fine, and thankfully not the bathrooms since we had babies with us. There are TVs throughout the restaurant and in the bar area for people who want to watch sports. The bar also has plenty of seating, and I could see myself coming back just to sit there another time.

Food-wise, this is where it gets mixed. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3 is because most of my family enjoyed their food, even though mine personally was disappointing.

We ordered chips and salsa, nachos with guacamole, and the mozzarella stick appetizer with the viral cheese pull (2 out of 3 sticks passed the cheese pull test, so that was fun and photo-worthy). Around the table there were burgers, salmon, ribs, steak, chicken tenders, and lots of fries.

I ordered chicken tenders with two sides: cheesy fries and loaded mashed potatoes (both without bacon, which Ro was happy to accommodate). Unfortunately, my food tasted and felt like it had been frozen and dropped straight into the fryer. The chicken tenders were dry, stiff, and had a strange texture. The cheese on both the mashed potatoes and fries was also odd. It arrived already stiff and hardened, even though it was still warm. When I tried to scoop the mashed potatoes, the whole thing lifted out in one piece because the cheese had formed a shell over it. The same thing happened with the fries. I’d pick one up and several would come with it because the cheese had already dried and hardened. This wasn’t because I waited to eat. I didn’t eat much in the end.

That said, everyone else at the table seemed happy with their meals, which is why I didn’t rate this lower.

One last thing I want to mention: when we were leaving, we were in the small foyer area between the front doors and the restaurant bundling the babies and buckling them into the stroller because it was very cold outside. A worker came over and insisted on opening the door for us even after we said we were fine a few times. He opened it anyway and gestured for us to go out even though we clearly weren’t ready. It felt less like help and more like he wanted us out of that space. My mother wanted to take a quick group photo in that foyer, so I asked him if he could take one outside since we were ushered out. He agreed, but very reluctantly, and said “quickly.” He took three pictures and said “you’re welcome” in a very annoyed, almost sarcastic tone before going back inside. That interaction definitely left a bad impression.

I do want to note that this location is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp and double doors at the entrance.

Overall, I’d come back mainly because of the great service we received from Ro and because my family enjoyed their meals. My personal food experience wasn’t great, but the service and atmosphere balanced it out enough for me to give this 4 stars instead of 3.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food here! Everything was really good and the drinks were decently strong. My only thing is service was a little slow in the beginning. I will say it was packed in there because it was a holiday, so that could have been why. Other than that, I feel like I got bang for my buck and I had enough food leftover to eat for lunch. We’ll be back!

We appreciate your feedback, Monesha! Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to making your next visit even better.
Average food at average price. There are items on the menu that priced on the lower end. But also some that's not. Like $13 plus tax and tip of course for a chocolate dessert isnt worth it. But there 3 for me for $11-$13 is.

Hi Saif, thank you for your feedback. We understand that pricing is an important factor, and we strive to balance quality, portion sizes, and value in every meal we serve. We appreciate your input and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon!
I've always been curious about trying out Chili's but never had an opportunity or much interest to head to one until I've seen a commercial for their 3 for me special and that was enough motivation for me to go out of my way to head to the spot.

Outside the area may look small because it's part of a mini mall but it is vast inside, even with a couple of people in there, the area still looks spacious. It didn't take long for one of the waiters (Freddie) to sense my presence and take my order. Props to Fred, he was very attentive and on point so no issues with service whatsoever. Back to the review, I ordered the 3 for me which was the Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger w/ Fries as the entree, chips and salsa as the appetizer and Coke Zero as my beverage.

As my starter arrived I was overwhelmed by the size of it. It was damn near as big as the entree, I didn't wanna fill up on the chips and salsa, no matter how good they were and focused my attention on my burger and fries after taking in half of the appetizer. That commercial wasn't lying when it threw shade at McD's quarter pounder because what I got from Chili's, THAT WAS A QUARTER POUNDER! Not that half-baked garbage that McD's doles out as an excuse of a premium burger. Fries were precise in texture and good in taste. I would say that I could got more in Fries but I've really no need for it since the larger than usual starter definitely made up for it.

All that for $11.97 plus a well deserved tip bringing it close to $15, it was absolutely solid. I enjoyed that trip here.

Had an amazing time with friends and family here. Our server India was so kind and sweet the whole time and checked in on us often. She was busy but did not hesitate to get us everything we needed! India deserves everything and more. The food was also really great!

I thought New York didn’t have a chilis for a long time. We definitely need more. I came
here to celebrate Mothers Day with my family and this was the perfect spot. Our server was the best. I think his name was Ben. He showed us hospitality and even though he was juggling with multiple tables he still made sure our table was taken care of. Service was good. Food came out pretty fast. I love how the tortilla chips for the chips and salsa came out warm. I had to try the viral fried mozzarella and it was really good. I also had the triple dipper. It’s a great deal. The restaurant was spacious and perfect for families and smaller groups.
