First off the prices are fair for eating out, the service is great, very clean and friendly

Went here back on Friday, May 29th, 2026 for lunch after my joyous hike in Willowbrook Park. Had me the Smoked house combo as well as the Tripple Dipper. Esther (my server) was very kind and helpful to me!<br><br>The food was cooked perfectly and it filled me up quickly that I had to put it in a doggy bag to take home to finish the rest.<br><br>The atmosphere was extremely cozy, plus I was able to charge my phone - as well as listening to their great taste in music.<br><br>I have been to the Chili's location in Queens back in 2018 so I want to check out this location in Staten Island and I don't regret it! Definitely would come back here!

Chili's really go crazy!!!😩 I didn't know. Haven't been in 2 decades. Try the half and half white peach tea! And honey chipotle chicken, mac and cheese...👩🏾‍🍳💋<br><br>My server Esther was kind and attentive and helped me choose from the menu. I'll be back!

Just wanted to say how wonderful our server Esther was this evening.<br>Attentive, professional and friendly.<br>She certainly went above and beyond providing us with A++ service.

The baby back ribs at Chili’s are so much better than they are at Applebees. They were moist, fall off the bone and tender. I paid an up-charge for the white cheese macaroni and cheese side dish which had an odd texture (like the precooked add water microwave style single serves found in the supermarket) and a mediocre taste. The servers were really great and came by frequently. All in all a definite go to for baby back ribs.

Great service delicious food and atmosphere was just right not too loud not too quiet and the lighting was dim which I love. Every time we go there management always walks over to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. Let’s not forget the drinks are delicious as well

My first time ever at Chili’s and I really enjoyed it. I’ve been wanting to try the Triple Dipper for so long! Sadly there’s no locations in Brooklyn or Manhattan. So Staten Island it is.<br><br>My friend and I both got a Triple Dipper and we shared the appetizer of Bacon, Queso, Nachos I think. But the app was literally the size of an entree. So much food. That should definitely be shared between 3-4 people.<br>It was too much for us two.<br><br>I got regular mozzarella sticks because I didn’t know if I would like the chipotle honey sauce. But I did get the chipotle honey tenders, and I got buffalo wings as the third option.<br><br>It was really good! I would definitely get it again. And I can’t wait to go back. Our server was so nice, and helpful in describing our options for the dipper.

I genuinely enjoy ordering from this Chili’s location—they’re usually great. My orders are consistently accurate, and the staff is always professional, which is why this experience stood out.<br><br>I placed an order at 10:11 PM. By 10:50 PM, the app showed the driver was waiting, and at 11:05 PM the delivery window was updated to 11:17–11:34 PM. I tried reaching out to the driver but didn’t get a response. Then, at 11:06 PM, I received a notification that my order had been canceled, with instructions to call for a refund.<br><br>The next morning, I spoke with the manager, who explained the order had been prepared but was never picked up. While I can’t confirm exactly what happened, I truly appreciate how efficiently he handled the situation—he took accountability, verified my information, and processed the refund without issue. The situation could have been much more frustrating if not for his help.<br><br>I was advised that the refund may take 5–7 business days to process, so I’ll update this review if there are any issues. I’ll admit this was especially disappointing because I was really craving the sliders that night.<br><br>As much as I value this location, I did deduct one star because it’s unclear whether the issue was with the delivery service or the restaurant, especially since the order was placed close to closing time.<br><br>And finally, yes my refund was process.

Excellent food and even better service from Khadija our server! Very attentive and happy in her work! Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely recommend and return if we are in the USA again! From the Brits on table 62 (23/03/26)

You already know what I came here for 😮‍💨 The mozzarella stickssss. They never miss with this and get it right ever time. The food was delicious and service was good and of course, you have to end you meal with the molten lava cake served with ice cream. SOO GOOOD. I came here with my friends and we left full and satisfied. Always a spot to come for a nice hangout with family and friends.

I love Chili's and when I am on SI, I visit this location. Had a great time chillin at the bar solo. It was empty but the restaurant started to fill quickly. Service was kind and fast. I didn't take pictures. I had ribs and nashville hot chicken crisper. The bartender was attentive and polite. I was greeted by the manager also. I might be back soon.

We always have a great experience in chilis. Great food and great service. Going on a Saturday night is a long wait but always worth it. The manager is always coming around asking if we are ok. The servers are very attentive. The food is always delicious. Eating here brings back memories of my family eating out in the early 2000s.

The food has always been fantastic when we have visited. The waiters and waitresses are attentive and courteous. During the weekend, there is a vibrant environment. Definitely a good experience each time my family and I go.

I loved coming here and eating. The food and drinks was amazing, I brought my son with me and he also liked the food a lot, as well, as dessert. The atmosphere was also nice. My Server Anthony was very polite and kind. I will definitely go back overall, great service 👍🏾😊❤️

We live in Brooklyn and rather pay the tolls to come to this location in Staten Island. The food is always fresh, the staff is very friendly and the manager is always seen walking around greeting the guests.
