Chick-Fil-A is damn good. Food is always hot. Service was good. Yeah I understand. This place is busy. Tables were dirty but hey I mean it is what it is. The food was good just the way I like it if I had to choose between my meal cold and a clean table. I'm taking the hot food all the damn time

Slightly expensive but worth a try as the chicken quality is great

Although Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite eating locations, I did not order any food here - just a drink. I had already eaten before my group got to this location. It was crowded, not enough seating for the crowd that gathered there. However, when we got a seat, it was okay.

Terrible service. Woman tossed a bag on the counter and walked away. She comes back with another bag and called out “Michael” passed the bag to Michael and walked away to “clean”. Finally Jonathan comes out and picks up the bag that had been tossed there and calls my name. I ask for a refund and he says “excuse me” and I ask again for a refund since she (pointing to woman who tossed the bag) tossed my food a while ago and walked away. I got my refund and emailed corporate, haven’t heard anything back so here I am.

Chick-fil-A is a place that shouldn't have good food, it looks dry and disappointing... Until you put it in your mouth and a flavour explosion 💥... Keep going back.

As someone that does not frequent Chick-fil-A, this location blew me out of the water. The separate entrances for ordering there and takeout were so helpful, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff were so kind! They were quick and efficient and everything turned out great. They went above and beyond to make our experience welcoming and easy.

Trying it after all the hype from over the years, was disappointed as it was just an average chicken burger, the chicken bites were good tho and waffle fries were decent and the food was cold. Overall not too bad maybe I had a bad experience

The delicious Christian chicken experience. Fries are great, this store is crammed New York style, but the staff are fantastic and friendly as always. Take away and eating in is fast. Love that there are plenty of staff.

I had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A. The service was fast and the staff were really friendly, which made everything even better. The food was delicious — the chicken was crispy, the fries were fresh, and everything tasted amazing. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, so the whole visit felt really nice. I would definitely go back again!

Went on new year’s eve and was extremely crowded due to the rain. Highly suggest ordering online if there seems to be a long line. The food was good though and it wasn’t that long of a wait.

Lovely warm welcome upon arrival and a very pleasant atmosphere, very busy when we visited but the food was prompt after ordering.<br><br>Beautiful tender chicken, lovely crispy chips<br>Their own branded sauce is amazing.<br><br>Average around $13-15 per adult meal but well<br>Worth it.

The chicken sandwich is good. Because it very close to Time Square, so a lots of tourists here, little crowded. The line to order is ok. You have a lot need to wait to be seated.
