This location is cursed. Actually, I had an experience in 2025 where the manager (I think they changed managers since then. not sure) was making fun of my name on my order. I was standing in pick up and just saw him laugh and point on my receipt to the other employees - I sent a complaint to corporate but did not leave a review. That manager actually ended up calling my cell over and over again which was just absolutely inappropriate considering the circumstances. I don't want your apology - it was wrong in the first place.<br><br>Anyways, I'm finally leaving a review today because I had another negative experience. My friend and I both ordered food, at least $25 worth, and we went upstairs to eat. I got grilled nuggets, but I also brought a small yogurt cup as I have dietary restrictions. Mind you, my cup was very discrete, I even hid it in the chick fil a bag, but the lady working upstairs told me outside food is not allowed. I am not mad at her as that is her job to enforce company rules and she was nice about it the first time (second time she was rude, but I guess her job was on the line. If you're reading this, I'm really sorry!). Regardless, I think it is ridiculous to have this policy especially considering A. we ordered food and am eating the food, B. Chick Fil A is a fast food chain, and C. I never had issues at other locations. Who are they trying to be? And also why are you giving your employees such high work expectations when you're paying them crumbs<br><br>I guess the only positive thing I can say for this location is they're pretty efficient. Food came so fast. But attitude and service? 0/5. I'm not even expecting special treatment, its a fast food place like what could u expect?? But I just want the bare minimum. Maybe Im just unlucky, because both my visits did not even reach that bare minimum. And I know it's not me, because I didn't even complain when my nuggets were served cold, or when they forgot my sauce the first time. And I've never started an argument. I've only ordered, paid, and ate my food.<br><br>I've been to a LOT of chick fil a locations and this is genuinely the worst one lol. If you're in the area and am craving chicken, just go to the one on 34th street. I never had an issue there

I’ve always been a loyal customer of this place, but today’s experience really upset me. After finishing my meal, I wanted to use the restroom, but I didn’t know the code. A heavier-set female staff member told me the code was on the receipt, but I had already thrown both the receipt and the food bag into the trash. She didn’t help me open the door. I even went through the trash to look for the receipt but couldn’t find it. I paid with my credit card, and there is a record showing that I did make a purchase here.

I bought a meat wrap and was very disappointed—it wasn't tasty, it was cold, and there were only three small pieces of chicken inside. The staff at the counter were unfriendly, too. I won't be going back there again. Plus, it cost 10$ the price simply doesn't match the quality.

Great staff! Very attentive and polite. Received my order quickly . The salad and chicken was fresh and crisp.

I grabbed the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich Meal on MealPal, and it completely hit the spot—juicy chicken with a satisfying, spicy kick, toasty buttered bun, crispy waffle fries. Chick-fil-A always knows how to deliver a delicious lunch!

Usually a good experience not today I saw the worker walked by my order twice. It was hard to get anyone’s attention then I got my order without my drink had to wait, another worker tells who I assume is the manager that he made my drink and left it on the counter. Ordering a head means you get your order fairly soon as you get to the restaurant. Disappointed with the service and now food is cold!

Definitely a different atmosphere from the o es I've gone to in CT, but I guess.the overly.postive reviews are based on new York city standards. The service was OKAY. nothing special. No smile. No welcoming feel. BUT...and it's a big but- I went the weekend before<br>Christmas. At a peak time in the afternoon, on a beautiful 40 degree Saturday. So I'm giving these guys the biggest pass. Considering all that - they weren't rude, mean, scowling. I mean, I applaud. Because there were some crazy crowds in there. Upstairs is where the seats are. A lot of tables, and I managed to snag a 2-seater. But had to Leave my nephew downstairs to wait for my name to be called. There was a cop in there, but I don't know if he was actually stationed there, or just a customer. There are bathrooms, I didn't check them out though. They have motion controlled trash bins. My nephew enjoyed the food- said it's an 8 out 10. Said the chicken is very moist, but the pickles had no place on his sandwich! Lol he let out a large 'whoa!' when he tried the tasty chicken fil a sauce. He was very happy. The place seemed a passable clean- again I'm sure the table turnover is faster than they can keep up, but the table I got was decent. But yeah, you might have to wipe down your table. Overall, it was an OK visit in the middle of downtown.

Came in on Veterans Day hoping to get a free sandwich or meal but was told that only those in uniform qualify. Veterans Day isn’t just to celebrate active duty, it’s for those who have served, hence an ID is all you need because prior military don’t have an active uniform (can’t even wear one because it’s illegal, unless retired). So the fact this location didn’t honor that while every CFA did, is a bit baffling. As a Veteran, I’m not owed anything or entitled to anything but it was a bit of a surprise that this Operator didn’t want to honor those who have served, only those currently serving (only if wearing a uniform). I was told the Operator truly appreciates the military? Interesting…

The place has great curb appeal, and the inside service matches that first impression. This spot has always had the perfect ambiance. Their approach outclasses the competition. I think relatives own this spot and are very welcoming. The experience here is absolute satisfaction.

Clean spaceous - two levels - Fresh tasty Chicken Sandwiches & delicious waffle fries - served quickly. Elevator access to top floor - neet views of 6th Ave.<br>Customer service based attentive staff.

This place gets so many things right. The pristine condition and stylish d?cor were unexpected. I'm definitely coming back! Restaurant team members displayed remarkable kindness and approachability. This spot deserves only the best reviews.

Have never been so excited about a fast food restaurant like this before. The staff are absolutely amazing. Asked what I should order as it was my first time and the guy calmly and politely answered going through most of the options. The lady cleaning upstairs made sure everyone had napkins, the floor and tables were clean at all times and even got me some ice water when I asked if I could get some for free, implying that i would go downstairs ask for it myself.<br>Now to the food: the chicken sandwich is simple but still tasty. The waffle fries could be a bit crispier but enjoyed so much it feels wrong to say it. And oh my the sauces are delicious. With my order I was allowed to get 4 different ones of my choice for free. Will definitely be coming back again in the future.

very clean and organized. I love coming here is always pack but they move very fast with the line. you don't have to wait a long time. it's very clean and neat very nice restaurant. the food is delicious and properly put together. you can tell they love there job and MAKE U feel very comfortable and welcoming. they have a sitting area upstairs. they have a wheelchair accessible entrance and elevator to go upstairs. They have a refill machine. the tables are clean and everything is clean. I come here always for my LUNCH BRAKE. I recommend everyone to come here. one of the BEST CHICKFILA restaurants I been too.
