I have been operating a small but focused life coaching practice out of the Chick-fil-A in the Financial District for the past nine weeks, primarily during the late morning hours. The proximity to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange has been beneficial.<br><br>The staff has been accommodating. There is, however, no formal system for reserving seating for ongoing client work, which has created some disruption. Order numbers are also called out intermittently, at times at some volume, which can interrupt an otherwise productive session at a critical moment.<br><br>Seating remains adequate for a Financial District location.<br><br>If you are seeking life coaching, I am generally available here Tuesday through Thursday during the above hours. Chick-fil-A is the fast food chain that closes on Sundays and still beats every place that stays open all 7 days. That alone says everything.<br>The sandwich is simple but perfectly executed. Pickle-juice marinated chicken breast, breaded and fried, on a buttered brioche bun. Juicy inside, crispy outside. No mystery fillers. The Spicy Deluxe is for people with actual personality.<br>The service is absurdly good for fast food. They say "my pleasure" and they mean it. The drive-thru has people outside with tablets taking orders in real time, the most efficient in the industry. You feel like a customer, not a number.<br>The nuggets are real breast meat, no mechanically separated mystery chicken. The Waffle Fries hold their salt perfectly. The sauces, especially the Chick-fil-A Sauce and Polynesian, are reason enough to go on their own.<br>But the best part, and there is no debate, is the Frosted Lemonade. Freshly squeezed lemonade blended with soft-serve vanilla ice cream. Creamy, tangy, cold, and sweet all at once. No fast food drink comes close. If you walk into a Chick-fil-A and don't order the Frosted Lemonade, you basically wasted the trip.

Convenient place to have a quick bite. Fast ordering and food is good. Go for the Chick-Fil-A sauce! 3 storeys of seating available at a convenient location just beside Fulton Center Metro station. 👍🏻 Free wifi available. Use the access code on your receipt.

I’m giving 4 stars for service but I’m very disappointed. I don’t eat pork at all and ask for my order to not have bacon in it and after eating a couple chunks of my Cobb salad I still found bacon in my food. I cannot finish the salad because I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. Please be very mindful of your orders

A good chicken place, but the portions are smaller than the usual American size — however, it’s very tasty. When I asked for a different soft drink, the cashier filled it in an annoyed way (the cup was empty before).

During our trip to NY, we stopped here and grabbed lunch. The line met us at the door but we got our food in under 3 mins due to our orders being taken in line and when we were at the cashier our food got handed to us while we were paying. We sat on the 2nd floor to dine and the restaurant was clean even though it was full during lunch time. The staff got our orders exact and the food was great. The restrooms are located on the second floor.<br><br>They have 3 floors at this location:<br>(First Floor)- Where you make your order and pay/Pick up orders online.<br>(Second Floor)- This is where you have the first option of dining and restrooms (No code needed).<br>(Third Floor)- Additional seating for dining.<br><br>Also, please note this restaurant is about a 8 min walk from the 9/11 memorial pools/museum, One World Observatory and the Oculus. So if you wanted to grab something before or after visiting this part of the city, this Chick-fi-la would hit the spot!

I have been to this location 3 different times. An ordered the exact same order reg chicken sandwich deluxe with fries and sprite and a market salad with chicken strips. An every time I walk my salad to my wife’s office it’s wrong because they put grilled instead of strips. Like I understand it’s a busy time but people don’t have time to be walking around an checking orders that’s your job to do. That why I’m paying you to give me the correct food I order. Done with chick filet a forever. Such a waste especially after how expensive it is. An yet I walk back in to speak to assistant manager who took my order and repeated it to me. A now store manager tells me to calm down because I have wrong order for 3rd time. Oh next time will give you a voucher. No there isn’t gonna be a next time. Horrible customer service and bad response from store manager and assistant. Instead of cranking out wrong orders at high place maybe slow a bit down to make sure correct food is being given to correct customer.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the nuggets and sauce were really delicious! Above all, the restaurant was so clean that it felt very comfortable to enjoy my meal at Chick-fil-A. I sat on the third floor, and the employee working there was constantly sweeping the floor and wiping down the tables without taking a break. 👍

I have ordered from here multiple times and had no problem. However, recently for my last two orders they kept messing up. The first time I ordered the pretzel bun meal with a large fries and got home it was Mac and cheese and a 6 count nugget with medium fries. It was too late at night and I was too tired to go back to the store. Today I ordered a pretzel bun club and received a spicy deluxe instead. There was no bacon present in the sandwich and it was in the wrong bread. At this point I don’t think I am meant to eat this pretzel bun. Nonetheless, I’ll still eat it.

This is the usual chick fil a i go to, but today was just terrible. They forgot my requested sauce (no big deal idc that much) but when it was time to dip my sandwich i noticed there was a peculiar amount of pickles, a bit too much that i requested for, i rearranged the pickles, but next to them i noticed a white piece of plastic sat next to the pickles and shook my head in disbelief. First time ive seen something like that. And my drink as well… no sprite so they gave seltzer instead.

if u choose deluxe meal , u have lettuce and tomato in the sandwich. attractive sauce( chick fil a sauce and apple cider dressing ) . Lemonade can be a good choice for drink. (no sparkling but awesome) relatively reasonable price. the staff was sweet with smile.

I did a little research on the biggest Chick fil A in the world and was surprised to find that it’s right here on Fulton Street in NYC. You never really know what’s hidden in this city until you stop wondering and start exploring.<br><br>This location is top tier. The food is always fresh and consistently delicious. From the nuggets to the sandwiches, the signature sauces, and even the drinks. Everything hits the spot every time.<br><br>The service is fast and friendly, the space is clean, and they handle the high volume like pros. Chick fil A on Fulton Street is easily one of the best in the business. A must visit if you’re in the area.

Ordered a simple grilled chicken burger and it was surprisingly good. The chicken was not dry at all, juicy and tender. Would love to try their chicken salad next time.<br><br>Their ordering system is amazing. Staff with a tablet who takes your order first while in the line before making the final payment at the counter. The staff was so intuitive. When I asked to have bottled water for my drink, he also recommended to have my sides changed to fruit bowl knowing I was a little health conscious. Staff at counter was also friendly and offered me a bag for my food.<br><br>It was a very pleasant experience.

Toilet code, is not on the receipt, you need to ask the employees. Today was 13579<br><br>Everything fresh and the order went quick through. We paid for two adults menus and two kids menus 47.51.<br>There are people that actually clean the place; wipe the tables 👍<br>👍elevator present<br><br>What could be improved:<br>One restroom only, code needed of course because of the location. Ask when you order right away the code to save some time.<br>The bathroom was not in best condition, but that is understandable as this place seems extremely busy.
