This CFA is the best place to eat in the mall. The staff is great, the food is great, and they seem to go out of their way to make sure you get what you need.

This location is under incredible new management. The staff is incredibly friendly and fast- offering excellent customer service! The food was hot and delicious. Will definitely be returning!

Was in from out of town heard. Heard it had a new operator and couldn’t have been more impressed. Busy but the line moves fast which tells me people are working hard and the product is tasty!

The food is great the atmosphere is great and the service is great. To bad they dont open on Sundays.. Plus you can order at your table with mobile app and the food is delivered right to your table.

The food at Chick-fil-A is always good and fresh. The service is usually really fast and the staff are friendly. It’s a reliable place if you want a quick meal.

I ordered the Market Salad today around 3 PM, and it was extremely fresh and clean. I’ve ordered this salad before, but it has never been this good. Everything tasted perfectly prepared. I really appreciate the person who made it — clearly very experienced and did an excellent job

This is my first time having chick fil a in a while, I went in with high expectations! I got a chicken sandwich, macaroni and cheese and delicious waffle fries. I enjoyed all of them and their flavor was multiplied paired up with the chick fil a sauce. Also, the service was amazing. In the end, my expectations were exceeded!

I ordered from the Queens Mall Center Chick-fil-A in New York, and I was honestly very disappointed. The chicken I got had a lot of skin and fatty pieces — it was really disgusting and ruined my meal. This is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A, which is usually known for good quality food.<br><br>If I wanted to deal with that much skin, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. It’s unacceptable, and I’m definitely letting others know about this experience. I hope the management pays more attention to food quality and checks what’s being served to customers.

Delicious and amazing food. My favorite fast food chain. You can feel the quality ingredients. Coming back soon to this location. I highly recommend the spicy deluxe and grill club sandwich.

This Chick-fil-a was such an experience. The food was amazing and Sonya is the sweetest lady ever!!! Her customer service is top notch and would love her to serve me again. She personally brought our food to us and refilled our drink. It was such a PLEASURE. Please give Sonya a raise.

Located in the food court in the basement of the JCPenney building.<br>You should use their app to order.<br>When you get close to the store, use the app to notify them and it will be ready in about 5 minutes. Much better than waiting on line and ordering in person, then waiting for it.<br><br>The spicy chicken sandwich is good, lightly spiced. 8/10<br>The chicken strips are better than the nuggets. 7/10<br>Coffee milkshake 7/10

This place have delicious fresh food. My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich which is mouthwatering delicious, the lettuce and tomatoes are extremely fresh. The staff are very friendly and work at a great pace. You will only find food that made from chicken meat. The environment is very clean and the lighting is perfect. The only bad thing about this place they don't open on Sunday's 😃😆😅😄😂😁😀

Once again, the large fry container isn’t filled to the top like it should be for the price I am paying. This occurred last time I ordered delivery from here as well. Wondering if they are slumping off the deliveries, as the customer won’t walk to the restaurant complain. Whomever is filling these, doesn’t care whatsoever about their job or more so the high standards that Chick-fil-A has. Same issue with the mac & cheese. Did not fill the container and also I ordered the biggest size and this is clearly a small.
