Chazz Palminteri Italian Restaurant is a beautiful, warm and very charming establishment with fantastic food. I am allergic to dairy and from the moment we walked in the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The restaurant’s delicious food displayed the same level of quality and care as their wonderful front of house team. I ordered the Branzino which was cooked to perfection and knowing that the staff took my allergy seriously allowed me to relax and enjoy my meal without having to think about it. My partner had the lamb chops which he said were perfectly cooked and its sauce was fantastic. I want to thank the whole team for giving us a memorable dining experience. With first class friendly staff who were a delight to talk to and chefs that clearly take pride in the food they cook, I really hope to come back someday. Highly recommend.

Inspired Italian! Sat at the bar for a simple dinner after work. Mushroom Ravioli and a salad. Dinner was divine. Chef’s Kiss. The dinning room looks lovely but sitting at the bar for dinner was delightful! The bartender, Nora, was a true treat with her recommendations and drink selections. I could sit her for just the cheese and olives with a glass of red wine. Another Chef’s Kiss. Delizioso!

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service truly stood out. Nora and Nikola were absolutely great — friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

As a group of 12 people struggling to find a reservations last minute on a Friday evening, we luckily came across this fantastic restaurant and staff. Accommodating and very attentive to our group made for a great dining experience. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations and are surprised other restaurants are considered before Chazz. Highly recommend.

One of the BEST meals I’ve ever had, with impeccable service to boot. In town for a board meeting and turns out the resto is connected to my hotel—had to check it out… So glad I did. Took advantage of the theater prix-fixe menu and had calamari, salmon and tiramisù, and a cappuccino. Preparation, flavor and presentation were perfect all around. The servers were attentive and gracious, as was the maître d’. Got a margarita with Cointreau and thought the latter was lacking, so my main server brought me a nice-sized shot to add to it. Great price point too—and yes, I would have paid full price for the same meal. Highly recommend the place and look forward to eating here again!

Brilliant 2nd visit whilst in NYC. Atmosphere is so cosy and relaxed, staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Special mention to Aulon who was fantastic with my allergies and made me feel assured I could enjoy dishes. Dennis made us feel very welcome, would highly recommend to anyone - a true hidden gem.

I went to Chazz Palminteri’s a couple of days ago for dinner. We had a reservation, and the place is honestly beautiful — very fancy, classy, and the atmosphere inside is really nice. It definitely gives you that upscale Italian restaurant vibe.<br><br>We started with drinks, and our server (a skinny guy in his twenties) was polite and everything seemed fine at first. The issue started when our main courses came out wrong. I ordered the chicken rollatini but received chicken parmigiana instead. We had to wait about 10 minutes for them to fix the mistake, which was a bit frustrating but not the end of the world.<br><br>One of the managers came over to apologize. He was an older gentleman, but what really bothered me was that he smelled like alcohol. I found that pretty disturbing, especially in a place that presents itself as high-end. Later, another manager came to check on our table, and he also smelled like alcohol. At that point, it didn’t feel like a coincidence. It honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.<br><br>Overall, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the food was good once it was corrected, but the management’s behavior left a bad impression on me. For a restaurant at this level, I expected a more professional experience.

If you want a true Italian experience in the heart of New York City, this is the place.<br>Located inside the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square North, this restaurant feels like a hidden European gem in the middle of Manhattan. From the elegant white tablecloths to the cozy yet refined atmosphere, everything makes you feel like you stepped into Italy.<br>We ordered the Branzino, Chicken Rollatini, Veal Saltimbocca, and Sautéed Asparagus — and every dish was exceptional. Everything is made fresh from scratch, so yes, the wait was a little longer, but it was absolutely worth it. The Branzino was delicate and perfectly cooked, the Chicken Rollatini rich and flavorful, and the Veal Saltimbocca simply outstanding. The asparagus was fresh and beautifully prepared. You can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. The wine selection paired perfectly with our meal.<br>A special thank you to Dennis, the concierge, and the entire staff for their attention to detail and warm hospitality. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.<br>For this level of quality in New York, the prices are very reasonable. Hands down one of the best dining experiences! Not only was the ambience and the atmosphere perfect for a romantic date night with my girlfriend but the food was absolutely delicious. Our wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable on menu items as well as wine. Nikola the GM made us feel welcome continuously checking on us throughout our meal. We will definitely be back. I definitely recommend this place. It’s perfect for date night

What started as a convenient dinner choice because we were staying at the Hilton above quickly turned into one of the highlights of our New York trip. We had a wonderful experience at Chazz Palminteri’s restaurant in New York, and it was one of the highlights of our Christmas night. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt festive, cozy, and full of that classic New York charm. You could really feel the holiday spirit in the room.<br><br>The food was absolutely amazing, truly finger-licking good. We started with calamari and shrimp, both perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For the main dishes, we had lamb cutlets, short ribs, and lobster ravioli. The portions were incredibly generous — the short ribs were so huge that my guys had to help me finish them 😂 and everything tasted fantastic.<br><br>What really made the evening special was the service. The entire crew was attentive and welcoming, and the manager, Denis, was often walking around the restaurant, checking in on guests (including us) to make sure everyone was well taken care of. That personal touch made a big difference and made us feel genuinely welcome.<br><br>Great food, a festive atmosphere, and outstanding service, we truly loved this place and would highly recommend it, especially for a special evening in New York.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an incredible place!<br><br>My husband and I had dinner at Chazz Palminteri last night and were truly blown away. The food was delicious, we both started with the mozzarella, then my husband had the rack of veal and I had the sausage and broccoli rigatoni. Absolutely amazing!<br><br>The service was second to none. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seated straight away with bread, olives, cheese and oil. Our server, Hedon, was outstanding and one step ahead. He was attentive, friendly, and we never had to ask for a thing. He kept our wine and water topped up all evening even chatted with us between courses.<br><br>Brilliant atmosphere, exceptional food and flawless service.<br>Definitely a must-visit!

My husband and I have come to Chazz Palmenteri’s Restaurant many times over the past couple years for various special occasions, including celebrating milestones in our relationship; birthdays; and bringing our family to our favorite Italian restaurant NYC. We live locally (NJ), and will sometimes come into the City just to have dinner here.<br><br>Between the food and the folks who work here, it has been one of my favorite dining experiences ever. The food is really high quality and reasonably priced (tonight we had chicken parm and lasagna, both incredible). Combine that with their theater prix fix menu (they are a stone’s throw from Times Square) and happy hour deals, and you cannot beat the quality and the value. And we always save room for dessert (it’s all amazing, but the cannoli is our favorite).<br><br>Lastly, the staff here is incredible. They are kind, thoughtful, generous, and welcoming every time. We love it here, and will be back again soon.
