I had an amazing experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. What really made my visit stand out was the outstanding service from Melina. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. And if I do say so myself had a very nice smile 😊. She made my day 10 times better. It’s very pronounced she takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be served by Melina again!

Upon walking in, I was greeted with a nice and warm welcome from the staff. Throughout my visit, the service remained attentive; specifically, Arabelle stood out with her pleasant smile and genuine care. She made sure to check in while I was ordering, ensuring I was happy with my choices and that all my questions were answered. Her friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. I ordered a bowl with harissa chicken. They had a variety of toppings such a as pickled onions, feta, corn, etc. to choose from. The portions were generous and the flavors were bold! The presentation was also quite appealing.

🥗 Honestly, CAVA was a really nice surprise. Fresh ingredients, good portions, and the food actually tasted clean and flavorful instead of heavy fast food 😄<br>Nice option when you’re tired of burgers and fried stuff on the road.<br><br>Everything looked fresh, staff moved fast, and the whole place had a modern, relaxed atmosphere. The customizable bowls are great because you can make exactly what you want without feeling destroyed afterward 😂<br><br>Definitely one of the better fast-casual spots I’ve stopped at 👍🔥

The workers all seem miserable and they consistently don't add enough grain or protein portions. I should not have to ask for extra chicken or grain for you to fill the correct amount. Again food is great but staff and service make me not want to go back.

Had a great experience at CAVA—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. Everything tasted really high quality, and the portions were generous. The ingredients were vibrant, and you can really tell they care about what they’re serving.<br><br>Shoutout to ERICK, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was done right. Great customer service goes a long way, and he definitely delivered.<br><br>I’ll definitely be back!

This place is super busy. But like always we love the food at cava. We love how its so customizable. Very fresh, fast service, and delicious. We loved the new sumac pita chips.<br>4 stars because unfortunately all the tables were dirty or very sticky.

The food at CAVA is great , flavorful, and always satisfying. I really enjoy coming here for a quick, healthy meal.The only downside is the cleanliness. The tables were sticky and dirty, and there was food on the floor, which took away from the overall experience. With a bit more attention to cleaning, this place would be perfect. Still, I’d definitely come back for the food!

The food is fresh and really good. The staff is friendly. The manager showed excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

My go-to spot in Wayne for a healthy lunch, the flavors are really vibrant.<br>The Crazy Feta is a must-try and the lamb is consistently tender. All the ingredients look and taste fresh—no wilted greens here.<br>​Even when the line is out the door at lunchtime, the staff at this location is super efficient and keeps the assembly line clean.

I visited the Wayne location on Wednesday at noon, and WOW! it was absolutely jam packed. During my visit, I noticed there was only one employee on the line serving customers. Despite the crowd, he was moving the line at a steady and efficient pace, which was impressive to watch.<br><br>When I reached the counter, I was greeted by OG with a warm, “Good afternoon, sir. Welcome to CAVA. How can I help you, sir?” First off where did you find him? He’s amazing!<br><br>OG was extremely well-mannered, respectful, and professional. He prepared my bowl quickly and accurately without missing a single detail, all while maintaining great customer service under pressure.

The bowls at cava are good- they are flavorful, if you know how to get the right ingredients. The staff at this location, unfortunately, is not good! They are very rude, cold and usually put smaller portions. Asking anything second time is a biggg issue for them- you get rude answers, judgmental looks and arrogant tone.<br>I have never seen a manager on site. Very unprofessional behavior! Furthermore, the location is never clean!! Tables are always sticky, floors are always filled with food droppings, and the serving counters are full of food spills! Won’t recommend going to this location

I want to thank Dani, Bella, & Betsy from Wayne New Jersey. Very friendly, helpful and knowledge of the menu. Dani suggested i try everything but narrow it down to one best choice. I recommend these three ladies who also made it fun ordering. I waa going to take my food out, but the experience was great that i decided to dine in, and place another order to take out Great job ladies I will see you tomorrow!!!!!!

Absolutely Amazing Fresh and Healthy Food. I ordered brown basmati rice with Hummus, roasted veggies, fetta, broccoli, Brussels, falafel, pickled onions and guacamole. Finally added some pita crisps and dressing. I took garlic dressing and wanted to have lemon herb tahini but it was not available that moment. I took some spicy Harissa sauce on side. Omg its really spicy. Always ask it on side. We got only 2 Falafels, also they weren't cruchy. Honestly I didnt like the falafel taste but my friend does loved it. Service was quick and hygiene was maintained at every station. I loved the packing and designing of the bag. Ambience was great with some music. We found parking easily. Finally its a great pick. 🤩

We loved our experience at Cava. The bowls were super delicious and full of flavors. The service was also better than other fast casual spots like Chipotle. Even though it was super busy, the sitting area was clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for something healthy + delicious and also if you're into gyro bowls.
