The entire staff was very friendly, organized and kind. The establishment was clean. Thank you Moises and Digna for your professional and kindness.

I love Cava but this location not well managed. One staff to do everything, steak was overcooked and line had to wait few minutes while one staffer doing stuff. Please hire more help and get this location back.

Worst cava in nyc. Lettuce is always going bad, falafel is barely cooked, service is terrible, nobody cares about anything at all. You’d find better service at any McDonald and probably better food too. Don’t eat here if you like buying something of value.

This place is always busy, but I have to give credit where it’s due—the staff does an excellent job keeping things moving and making sure orders are taken quickly. It really makes a difference when employees are friendly and actually smile.

Recently, I noticed a new employee or manager, Levis, who really stood out. He’s incredibly attentive and seems genuinely engaged with almost every customer. That level of service doesn’t go unnoticed.

Honestly, it’s refreshing to go out for lunch and not feel like you’re a burden just for placing an order.

I like the food at Cava, I’m overall a fan. This location is okay, it’s neat. Not always the cleanest. I also asked for a water cup, and the girl at the cashier told me they didn’t have water that was working. I had to purchase one for $3.45. Once my purchase was done, I saw someone else get a water cup and they did in fact have water. Yet she refused to give me one. It is NY state law that every establishment that sells food also provides free water. I am not sure if management is telling their staff to lie so that they can upsell ppl on purchasing a drink? Or if she isn’t aware of the rules, which then signifies that management needs to have better training, or if she just didn’t feel like giving me one. Either way, it’s not okay to lie to customers.

I love Cava so much and I come to this location once a week; and it’s always so amazing!! Isaac and Tay are really kind and hospitable. It always puts a smile on my face when I see them! They are very careful and sweet when making my bowl. This location is great!! Definitely my favorite! :)))

Amazing experience at cava. You can build your own bowl and there are plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians as well. Each option clearly displays the amount of calories and what ingredients are present, so it’s great for people that are cautious about what they are eating and are concerned about how many calories they are consuming. Will definitely come again!

Love Cava! Second time here and really appreciate how fresh the ingredients are. It’s the first time I’ve been able to get both rice and salad as a base at a healthy fast casual place. The protein toppings are super savory too. And the eggplant… dip forget it!

First-timer, so naturally, I held up the line a little, but they were helpful. Welcoming, as we were warmly greeted. Clean environment. It was not crowded, til it was, and then the afternoon rush was intense. I witnessed grace under pressure, and everyone worked well together to clear the customers. Not exaggerating when I say it was like magic. It happened so fast. Freshly prepared selections. Pricey though flavorful. On a subsequent visit, they ran out of certain condiments/toppings midday, which was concerning since they close late. I'm also not certain how often they're replenished, if they are, but I've had to change orders a couple times because of this.

PROs - different type of salad . Good concept
CONs- slow service , soggy felafel.

Good location and nicely placed . I was in a mood to eat salad and thought of Cava . I used to eat in cava more before .. haven’t had for the last 2 years . I should say that the quality has decreased from what it was before . Service was also a bit slow and the pricing is a little high as compared with other salad shops. I paid about 18$ for a veggie salad and pita chips .

Wish they give pita chips with the meal . It’s about 3$ .. not bad though. I loved their pita chips . Salad was ok . Quantity was less zzz felafels were a bit soggy . My friend had chicken salad and it was really good . Hope they can make fresh felafels and serve it hot. Billing was quick . Overall I liked it but could be better .. 3 stars ..⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
