Amazing spot. Stopped by with a friend to get some work done, eat and watch the game. Our server Mo was unbelievable. He even flipped out seats to get a better view of the projector for the Knicks game. The chicken Kabab was delicious too. Highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Casa La Femme. The appetizers were okay, but the main course was honestly terrible. The lamb chops were too chewy and had no flavor at all, and the hamam mahshi smelled so bad that we couldn’t even eat it.

On top of that, the service was extremely poor. Our server, Isabelle, disappeared most of the night and barely checked on our table. We waited more than an hour for our food to arrive, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, but unfortunately the food quality and service did not match the advertising I saw on social media. I would not come back or recommend it.

We hosted our reunion party at Casa La Femme for 45 guests, and everything exceeded our expectations. The space was beautiful and perfectly set up for our group, the food was exceptional, and the ambience created such a warm, memorable atmosphere for everyone.

What really stood out was the hospitality and service – seamless, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire afternoon. Medhat and his team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, and it made all the difference.

Our guests are still talking about it and several have already mentioned wanting to host their own events here – which says it all. Couldn’t recommend Casa La Femme more highly. Thank you again to Medhat and the entire team for such a special event!

I had my engagement at Casa La Femme, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive—they made us feel so comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire evening.
The atmosphere and music were absolutely amazing. It genuinely felt like I was celebrating my engagement back in Egypt, which made the night even more special and meaningful to me. The energy, the vibe, everything was just perfect.
The food was also delicious—every dish was well-prepared and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about quality and the overall experience of their guests.
I’m so grateful for how special they made this moment for me and my loved ones. I highly recommend Casa La Femme for any celebration, and I will definitely be coming back again soon!

The best Egyptian food spot in NYC. Great variety of mezzas, the place is stunning, great place to come with your friends or on a date. It’s super floral and the food and ambience are amazing. Try the lamb chops and the hibiscus drink with tequila. Also they have bellydance shows on the weekends! Nicest place I have been to!!!

I made reservations for my intimate birthday dinner and the establishment left me for a lose of words. let's start with the decor breath taking, customer service 100 stars the staff treated me and my guest as if we were the only ones in the room. i must add it was a Saturday night and they were busy. ,Food absolutely amazing, to top it off at the end they brought out an assortment of deserts with a candle to celebrate my birthday 🥹 that was such a heart felt touch and would make me celebrate many more birthdays in the future. they have exceeded the google star review. im a foodie and this establishment is just absolutely AMAAAAAAAAZING!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful place .
Cozy, romantic and discreet.
Traditional design and furnished with lots of elements from their culture .
The food is good . Not pricey but you need to pay attention to what you are adding .
Not sure if always but at times they can have a little artistic show with belly dance .

Went for a celebration and it was an experience. The belly dancer was well engaged and the food was great. However the 3 course meal was not what I expected but it all worked out. Two appetizers and a main course. We had a photo shoot and all. Great vibe!

★☆☆☆☆

I don’t even know where to begin—maybe with the **influencer who hyped this place up and lured me in like a moth to a neon-lit trap**. I came for **belly dancing and Middle Eastern cuisine**—you know, a little dinner, a little show. **How bad could it be?** Famous last words.

We arrived at **7:30**. Waited to be seated. Then waited some more. The “show” finally began around **8:25** and sputtered out after **15 underwhelming minutes**. They clearly thought this glittery distraction would **distract from the culinary trainwreck**—it didn’t.

Let’s talk food. Or rather, **why is this food?**
Portions? Child-sized.
Meat? Passable.
Rice? Bland, lifeless, tasted like sorrow. No sauce in sight—just a lonely blob of **tahini** that felt more like a dare than a condiment. And surprise! That uninspired scoop? $9 extra.

Service? An abomination in several acts.
We were forgotten more times than my houseplants. 30–40 minutes went by before anyone remembered we might want dessert. We ordered kunefe, which arrived in the form of two syrup-soaked sugar pucks masquerading as a dessert. **Oversweetened and undersized**, much like this restaurant’s ambitions.

But wait—there’s more! As if the dining disaster wasn’t enough, **a “photographer” prowls the floor**, instructing guests how to pose, kiss, “manifest,” and perform like you’re auditioning for a dating show in the afterlife. Then, with all the grace of a car salesman at closing time, she tries to sell you each awkward photo for **\$30 a pop**. The reason they don’t bring the check? **They’re buying time for the photographer to pounce.**

So, to sum it up: this place is not a restaurant. It’s a **performance art piece on how to ruin dinner**.
You want Middle Eastern food and a good time? NYC is full of places that won’t rob your soul and wallet.
Do yourself a favor: Run, don’t walk.

A hidden gem in the heart of busy downtown Manhattan. I didn’t expect to find such a beautiful, halal-friendly spot with this much charm and warmth. The food was flavorful, well-portioned, and fairly priced—especially considering you’re also paying for the incredible ambiance. Just a block from Hudson Pier, it's perfect for a sunset stroll after dinner.

The romantic interior, belly dance shows, and DJ nights make it feel like a mini escape. But what truly made my experience memorable was the staff. They treat you more like a friend than a customer—attentive yet respectful of your space. They’ll share stories about the restaurant’s history and décor if you're curious, but never overwhelm you.

Highly recommend for a cozy lunch or a magical evening out.

We had an excellent experience at Casa for a birthday dinner. From helping with the planning to the set up to the exceptional service, the delicious freshly prepared food everything was just perfect. I can’t thank the Casa team enough for the beautiful and memorable event. The dining space is just gorgeous, the music is perfect and the belly dancing was the cherry on the top! All the food was excellent, starting with the fresh pitas with a mezze sampler and ending with one of the best desserts we’ve had. Highly recommend for an event or an intimate dinner.

We had a great dinner. Delicious Egyptian food. We had Koshary, mahshi, molokheya taameya and mosakaa. The ambience is fantastic and we were lucky to assist a belly dance. Service is very warm and welcoming and the waiters know the menu welI. would go again.

Coming from a Mediterranean culture this was a very welcome experience. Atmosphere, servixe, drinks and food were all top notch. I especially liked the Nana Khiyar specialty cocktail, make sure to.order plenty of pita with the Mezzas and the mixed grill kabob was phenomenal. Oh, ice cream baklava should be packaged and sold in designer stores! Delish!!
