Update 4-8-26: My son wanted me to give it another chance and we did, just him and me, only 2 people, nobody else just us 2. The service again was totally awful. First the waitress takes our order and that was the last time we saw her until we were ready to leave and she was literally sitting in a table joking around with another employee and what look like regulars who were eating what looked like take out food. A second waitress after awhile was the one that bought our food to the table and of course one of the orders was wrong. After that nobody ever came back to see if we wanted refills or desert nothing, mind you the first waitress still goofing around in another table. When we got up to leave that's when the waitress that took our order decides to stop goofing around and brings our check, all this from start to finish 1 hour 20 minutes. In my first review someone from this location wrote to me that tips are only included for groups, obviously that person has no idea what a group is because we again 2 people hot charged the tip when nobody deserved a tip. Horrible service I do not recommend it at all, and no where do y hry inform that they charge the tip. Worst place to dine. Never again. Attach receipt, also added the complaints of other customers being charged without being told and where to make an official report against this location.<br><br>Update: Someone from this location sent a message regarding my review indicating that they only charge gratuity to groups. This is something I'm aware of since the 80s, but a group is 8+ of people. I couldn't respond to the message, so I'll respond here. It was only 4 of us, my son, his girlfriend, a friend, and myself. If this is considered a group, then signs should be put up so customers are aware that even when receiving bad service, they're forced to leave a tip.<br>=============================<br>The reason I will not visit again is because they automatically charge you the gratuity, and the waitress did not deserve it. She took our order, brought it to the table, and never came back. Tips are not an obligation to give, and the business should not be allowed to charge it. Tips shouldn't be put on my check automatically. Bad service is not rewarded. Restaurants that do this I do not return too and I never recommend it. Restaurants like this should never be visited or given any business at all.
