I couldn't go to bed without leaving a review both about my experience and how LORENZO contributed to that...first I want to tell you how i waited over an hour for my food and I was not pleased about that but loreno acknowledged our table he saw the frustration and omg that young man has such great customer service and despite how busy it was he maintained a smile on his face and apologizes to us and went above and beyond to ensure we get our food ..Thank you again that is what I call service i really appreciate him and will definitely come back just because of LORENZO.. He was one of the best because he was swift cleaning the tables and we sat and watched him delivered the same service to others wow he us an asset to this restaurant because he has the skill and experience to let an angry customer happy..Thank you LORENZO see you guys soon..

From the moment we made reservations, we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the presentation of the food was something special, and our waitress was wonderful- helpful, informative, understanding, and fun.
I have been here before and would DEFINITELY come again.
Sandy was terrific, very engaging, explained the menu, made suggestions and seemed like one of the family. She was attentive to our needs and accommodated all our changes. She managed everything for our group of twelve and we look forward to visiting and having her as our server on our next visit
This used to be one of my favorite Jamaican restaurant in Queens. I ordered takeout today as I normally would if I didn’t want to dine in. Everything changed on the menu. They must’ve gotten a different chef or a new owner. You can no longer get lamb chops by itself, you have to get the meal.. Disappointing. So, I got the lamb chops meal, oxtail Rasta pasta, the bang bang shrimp & the mango habanero wings. Everything was disgusting. The lamb chops were grilled & then tossed in the sauce, horrible. It was burnt & had zero flavor The mango habanero wings were terrible. Mushed up mango chunks with jerk sauce & the Rasta pasta was so salty with 3 small pieces of meat. This is no longer the place to go to. I was so upset that I drove 40 mins there & 40 mins home. Looks like the price has gone up but the food drastically went down.
Took my wife for brunch on Easter Sunday. Surprisingly it wasn't packed. The drinks were delicious and the mango jerk wings. 😋
We enjoyed ourselves, the atmosphere was romantic.
We enjoyed our dinner at Caribbean Soul. Food was fresh and tasty. I had the cod fish fritters and Jerk ribeye. The drinks were yummy and our server Sandy was delightful. She made sure we were well taken care of. And checked on us often.
The food was amazing and tasted delicious. Drinks are perfect and strong, be careful they hit a little later. Portions were better than expected, you will leave with a to-go bag lol. Excellent music and staff are so nice. I live near the end of Long Island and it was definitely worth the hour drive. See you soon :)
Aunt Sandy was really nice and fun!! Food was delicious 10/10, drinks was good! Painting was Fun! I had a great experience
Sandyyyy was the besttt. Hilarious. I had the oxtail/curry goat combo for brunch it was delicious. The rest of my party had the Ackee and Salish breakfast it didn’t disappoint. Great atmosphere, great vibes 10/10
We had our birthday brunch on Sunday. I totally did expect all that i experienced. Pictures food service. MS SANDY... love girl!! She was amazing the rum punch 👊🏼 😍 👏🏾 love love!! I will definitely go here again. The price per person is very affordable.
Visited Caribbean Soul around 4:30 p.m. and it wasn't busy which meant we were able to be seated and placed our order within a few minutes. The food didn't take long to come out and was hot and flavorful. We had the Esco Red Snapper with Rice and Peas and Vegetables and also a Combo plate which had Oxtail, Curry Goat, Fried Shrimp, Rice and Peas, Vegetables and Fried Plantains. I ordered a lemonade because I don't drink alcohol which was too sweet for my taste buds which made it my last favorite item. From the atmosphere of the space I can tell that it's a great place to be especially at night.
Popped in to celebrate a graduation!
Very well decorated main dining area with a great set up, I noticed a private section in the front, I thought that was great, but decided to go 'rooftop' as the weary was perfect.
We walked up a small flight of steps, opened the door to the nicest bar/ seating area, cozy, the vibes were right and when I looked right, there was that covered rooftop dining area that was absolutely perfect ( only to find out there was an EXTRA outdoor area... Love this place already!. Our server was Chris, nice guy... It seems that Mid week is a different crowd & with light staff, possibly the weekend is when it's fully staffed, we surely didn't mind any wait, as we were in good company.
Drinks were made RIGHT!!! Rum punch, very tasty, Tito's & seltzer & finally Gin n seltzer with lemon... All made correctly.. our apps were bang bang shrimp & calamari and our main was the Salmon & a side of fried rice... All tasty served hot and presented well.
I would definitely believe to come back to try brunch and maybe a night where there's a DJ & some dancing!
This was the best experience I've had with Jamaican food in NY. My 2 family members and I visited Caribbean Soul for a late brunch around 4 pm and ordered the Jamaica Jamaica meal, which included curry goat, oxtail, rice and peas and steamed vegetables. Delicious 😋!!! I also enjoyed their lychee passion mojito that the waitress recommended. Thankfully, it wasn't too sweet that it tasted like I was drinking sugar and not too alcoholic that it burned my throat. It was just right for me. The vibe of the place was wonderful as we enjoyed our conversation along with the Jamaican music the DJ played on the 2nd floor. It was a mix of oldies and new school reggae and dancehall that only added to our enjoyment. The place was beautifully decorated by the owner, who we were lucky enough to meet. My fam and I ended the night with 2 rounds of vodka & tequila shots. 10 out of 10!!! Will definitely return here once I visit NY again.
The atmosphere was great. Came here on a Sunday and it wasn’t crowded. The food and the drinks were really good. I ordered the Jamaican Jamaican combo which came with oxtails and curry goat. For my drink, I got the Hennessy punch and that was amazing too. Chad the bartender and Elijah the bar back were fantastic and took good care of me.
Wow! What can I say? Pure excellence. Fantastic mango habanero wings, the best Jamacian calamari I've ever had. The food came fast and hot. Rum punch transported me to de island and the escovich fish and goat curry was fantastic.
