Been going there for years the only problem is the old woman who works in. The day is very nasty when I go after five. The young girls are always pleasant and happy. I guess she’s very frustrated.

I ordered two burgers with urban style family fries to pick up at 7:00 PM for Iftar. I went in at 6:55, and didn’t pick up my order until 7:15 PM. The burgers were tasty, but the fries which costed me $12 were so old and oily. I got so disappointed because I was craving their fries but we ended up throwing them away. What a waste!

Very disappointed with my experience. My rodeo came with bacon even though it wasn’t supposed to be included. Beside I double check with cashier not to have bacon in my burger.. For people who avoid pork for dietary or religious reasons, this is a serious mistake..

The fast food restaurant is located at 719 86th Street in the Dyker Park/Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. It has food that is better than other fast food restaurants. I ordered the vegetable burger that was well-prepared. The french fries had a nice taste and I requested "no salt" in my order. I also had the New York style hot dog that had mustard and sauerkraut. The restaurant is clean and well-managed.

Nice clean place and the food tastes like food. I just didn’t like the bun that’s on the regular cheeseburger, felt it was soggy and sweet and processed which didn’t match the rest of the quality of the food. Yes fries are super well done but very good tastes like real potatoes but then you have a few left over that are just black and are a waste. They have a nice lunch special, a double cheeseburger fries drink and onion ting under $16.

Expensive but top quality. Among the best burgers you can get in NYC and everything there tastes amazing.<br><br>Beef is real quality, chicken tenders are great and flavorful, shakes are great, and the place has ample seating and is very clean.<br><br>Better order in than take out as the fries especially are better warm, but you cannot go wrong either way. I’ll definitely be keeping this place on my rotation of food to eat every so often.

I had wanted to try this place for a long time, but unfortunately left disappointed. Yesterday we ordered burgers and fries. The burgers were delicious and fresh, but the fries were extremely overfried — we couldn’t even taste them. On the bottom the fries were literally black. It’s frustrating to pay for food that was clearly overcooked and still served to customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

High quality meat. Not too fancy. For NYC prices were fine (Five Guys is more expensive. Burgers were $12.99 plus $3-6 to make it a combo. With tax getting fountain drinks 2 meals was $40.

All I had was their single cheeseburger with no bun. Kind of sad looking. But the guy behind the register was excellent. Possibly my feelings are also affected by the insanely long wait to use the restroom. But I'm also grateful that during the Christmas holiday light season, they actually have a restroom that they allow the public to use. With purchase, of course.

Update:11/9/2025, 5:30pm,Burgerfi customer service invited us back to make things right. So we came back today and spoke to the manager on the floor today. The manager was very nice and easy to communicate with and took good care of us. The fries and chicken tenders were hot and crispy. The complimentary meal also included extra burger and hot dogs. So much better than the last time we came. I glad they make things right. Will definitely keep coming back.<br><br>Previous visit:<br>Been here a few times, but yesterday wasn’t a good experience for dine in. Order two fries were cold, the chicken sandwich is made with tenders instead of chicken breast( it used to be chicken breast). Tenders were not temperature hot or crispy. Spent $50 and didn’t feel worth it

Second time for pick up, I ordered the chicken sandwich. The first time they gave me grilled chicken, which I did not ask for. It was horrible. This time they gave me a thin piece of chicken that’s sooo hard, I damn near broke my teeth trying to take a bite out of it. I live far away and can’t go back to have it corrected. They have no consistency when it comes to their chicken sandwich; I’ve had it a couple times before and it was fantastic. The last few times was a big bummer.

Update i ordered a cheese burger, but they didn't add the cheese. Also, the onion rings were too oily. I wouldn't recommend coming back there again.<br><br>The burger is good. I didn't really like the way they made their fries. The single onion ring felt double fried.

As a visitor from Asia traveling in America,<br>We stayed across the street of this restaurant. We just walked over without knowing this is A Germ.<br>The burgers were absolutely delicious—everything we ordered was great.<br>Despite it being well past the usual lunch hour (around 2 p.m. on a Saturday), the place was still packed. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of the food they serve.<br>I forgot to take the picture of the burger. You have to come and try it yourself.<br>A big Thumbs up to this restaurant .

Great burgers, great shakes, loved their fry selection. If you like Shack Shack you would love this place. I recommend and will definitely return.

The fries are burnt all the time I order, no matter the time of day it always looks like in the pic.<br><br>The burgers are mid for the price. I wanted well done and it’s pink and the meat is very pale looking like in the pic.<br><br>I am unsure why they have changed the way they make their food because burgerfi was the best in BK.
