Never EVERRR order Uber Eats from this store. They played themselves tonight. I ordered two meals and everything that was suppose to be on the burger the new maple bourbon burger all they did was add the sauce and the cheese and patty and that was it. I ordered a watermelon lemonade and they gave me an empty medium size cup. So no drink? No proper burgers ? Never again will I order from this place.

I'm standing at the counter waiting for my order. They served all the African Americans, but they ignored me and then treated everyone else as if I didn't exist! What kind of disrespect is this? Who's going to police this? This is considered racism.
don't go here if you're on a time crunch. they're incredibly slow even in the drive thru which is meant to be faster than going inside.

Worst service ever.<br>Placed an order on the app, and when I recieved a call from the dasher hearing that they just gave my order to somebody else WITHOUT asking for confirmation, I called back to ask if they can refund me from their end instead, and now my calls aren't even being picked up. Now I lost $40+. Never ordering from here again.

Best customer service, staff was super nice !<br><br>I also had an art project to do and needed the spongebob inspired crafts and I asked if I can use the spongebob box, wrapping, cup , etc. And they were so happy to help! They were like what else do you need, so kind! They really helped me but the manager was the best and he made sure I had everything I needed !!

It's convenient since it's near the airport. But the fries were over cooked and the chocolate chip 🍪 was hard as a rock. I was not pleased. The sandwich and soda was good. Is a fast food place so it was quick to get the food.

I always go to eat at this place, the afternoon boys are very friendly, I do not speak English, I always communicate through a translator and they attend me very well, but today I have just left the place because the gentlemen who attend at night in this place, today, January 18, 2026, simply did not want to read or did not feel like doing so and went to attend to someone else. I was with my family and children. They did not attend to me, they left me standing at the SHOW, I had to go get another Burger King where they treated me immediately and kindly.

I just ordered drive-through today, December 29 2026 PM whoever take the order drive-through. He is very unprofessional and very disrespectful. The lady work on the service window she’s also very very disrespectful. Her name is Shannon. I think I had a very bad experience with them. She is so disrespectful. she just close the window on my face.

This Burger King is one of the cleanest and largest locations I’ve been to. It’s open 24 hours, which is great when you need food at any hour. The staff aren’t overly friendly, typical New York, but they work hard, fast and got my order right. My food came out fast and exactly as requested. Solid five-star spot for a quick meal anytime.

Kinda suprised how clean this restaurant was. The staff was OK, not rude or anything, took my order and got it pretry quick.. The food was typical Burger King good. The atmosphere while not unique or anything, wasn't bad at all. They had a TV in there and a.small family enjoying themselves.

The good thing about this place is open for 24 hours. I arrived very late in JFK and pass by to get my meal. The food was good. Service was ok. Over all it is fine.<br>المكان مفتوح ٢٤ ساعه.

The Adam’s Family brought to you by Burger King! It’s a purple bun, onion rings seem the same but still a fun theme to see for the time of year. I definitely asked for no pickles but as you can see they’re present. All good they threw in an Uncle Fester you for added festivities and I could be more appreciative. They came to actually deliver Wednesday, can’t same the same for the Crusty Krab.

The impossible whopper seems to be made to order yet the employees seem to get angry when you order this item. One of the employees yelled and cursed at me because I had to wait 15 minutes plus for my food and wanted to check to make sure I had what I ordered. When I got home, my sandwich was nasty, it was wrapped inside out, it was sloppy, just messy with nasty wilted lettuce. I just started eating at Burger King because of the impossible burger but the customer service and the ill prepared sandwich, I think I’ll pass, the sandwich is good but not good enough to be verbally abused and given something inedible. The way the employee spoke to me and threw a sauce as I drove off in addition to over cooked onion rings and the sloppy sandwich I’ll pass and let all my vegetarian friends know that it is a problem to order this sandwich which is not worth the stress. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with Burger King, is this the way you do business? Is this the way you treat and serve customers? BTW, this happened 3 times at this specific location. Shame on you Burger King! You just lost several customers!
