I ordered the sliders as part of the appetizer sampler. I put that I didn't want the golden fire sauce or onions. When i got home, upon further inspection, they put the golden fire sauce& onions. I tried to eat but the golden fire sauce was way to spicy for me, making the sliders inedible for me. I reached out to customer support requesting a partial refund and received a response from the general manager stating that if I come in with a receipt that they'll re-make my order. I went back about a week later to the takeout area. After waiting 40+ minutes in a practically empty restaurant, when the restaurant was not busy at all, the order was made wrong again. This was extremely annoying. Mind you, no manager was at the restaurant. Employee offered to remake for a *3rd time, i said no im not waiting any longer after this being my 2nd time coming here & waiting 40+ mins for basic food. I requested a refund with the employee and she took my name&card info to pass along to manager to process refund. I also sent a follow-up email to manager informing him of the situation. Days and days went by, no response. I called the restaurant repeatedly (because they dont answer the phone) and after 10+ calls someone finally answered. I asked to speak with manager they said no one was there and no manager would be there for another 2-3 days. I told the employee a bit of what happened and they said that they will let manager know. I finally received a response the 2-3 days later after me calling (10 days after me sending email) telling me to come in AGAIN with my receipt for them to remake my order, ignoring my request for a refund. Like you cant be serious. Im not coming here a 3rd time. All in all, terrible service, terrible customer service and problem solving on manager's part. I can see why there's never any customers in there, just shut it down at this point.

Never ever had such a bad experience! Wait for 30mins and no one care you! I said eat here they just package it like this! I said regular water they still put lots of ice! And they come to ask you to pay twice even you haven’t finish!!!

Waited long to be seated. Tables surrounding us were was filthy area not clean enough! I thought it was expensive and they either don’t have enough staff to keep the area clean. The only good thing the girl that took care of us was very nice and tried very hard to bring the food promptly. First and last time there!

I want to talk about Gateway Centers 632 Gateway Dr, Brooklyn, NY 11239 location. I went there 2 times, ordered 2 times and 2 family members ordered 2 times each so we gave a fair shot. I recorded the store on my last time going. Very bad customer service. My first order on 4/18/26 was missing the Mac and Cheese and the boneless wings was overcooked. Both times my family ordered the chicken was overcooked, rock hard. The first time I went in person was 4/26/26, was early morning, maybe 10am or 11am so it was empty. I walk through the door, there's a young female at one of the guest tables in the front, 1 foot up, texting on her phone, no other staff at the front, and not at or behind the front desk/greeting area. She sees me, looks up for a second, goes right back to her Cellphone, there's no other customers in any waiting area. I look to the right and notice that the pick up area is a seperate area, ok cool, SHE could have contacted me and told me that but no problem. I go out the store and go into the pick up area, there's 2 doors, same building and connected.<br><br>I wait in the pick up area, didn't see any other staff. Another customer comes in while I'm waiting in the pick up area, she looks over, doesn't move AT ALL, still texting on her phone. The 2nd customer goes to her directly and then she gets up, comes over to the pick up, gives him HIS FIRST after she saw me waiting for about 8 mins and not moving, then ask me. Ok strike 2 BWW for me personally. This same thing happened again but worse on 4/29/26. I go in, around 9:30pm, same deal, accept now, it's 2 staff. There's a guy who clearly works there with his back to the doors, watching the Sports game, just swinging his arms, not greeting guest, laughing and king, doing, nothing, he did this for 10 mins+. Another staff, this time she is at the greeting area, doesn't greet anyone and walks is texting, walking around, someitmes sitting and texting while the pick up and to go order area is filling up with guest. I recorded most of it. What is up with the being on the phone while working and not working here? It took about 15 mins till she went to the back room, told another employee it seems and then THAT employee came out and greeted the 5 of us waiting. It was just me at first.<br><br>The staff that came from the back room said "Sorry for the wait, anyone here for pick up?" This is normal customer service despite the fact the wait made no sense as there is staff there and they're not doing their job. The texting female and guy have no awareness, no care, just lounging around. So this is my experience with Gateway BWW, trash. I think 3 orders and 2 visits and getting multiple order mistakes and bad customers service is more than enough to never go again. And if you think I'm lying, I got the recordings.

March 26, 2026 @455pm. No service. I was told by staff member, I had to wait for a new shift staff coming in. This is the worst of the worse. I provided a review in the past, but it seems that the owner doesn't care. Waited 20 minutes and left. Not recommended.

The service here for takeout is horrible. I ordered 4 celery packs they gave me two. When I asked for what I paid for the front desk lady stated she split my celery in two packs and caught an attitude when I said but that’s not what I paid for. I was supposed to have 8 ranch sauce and 1 large ranch sauce they felt it was okay to give me one small and one large ranch sauce. This isn’t the first time it’s a repeated occurrence as if they’re on a budget. Not to mention on buy one get one free wing day the service was so horrible at this location. I walked in the kitchen unexpectedly frustrated for these same exact reasons as I stated in the beginning of my review and the kitchen was filthy. They need new management or to close down. Update tried to give them another chance bout a month later 3/7/26 and the food was even worse. Pictures added. Paid for celery only and once again they gave me what they wanted and the celery wasn’t fresh. Two orders of tots in the garbage. They need to shut this location down at this point.

Waited 5 min for the host to come, place was not busy upon entry. Got seated at the bar, the bartender, while nice, polite and the one person I appreciated in the place, took 20 minutes just to get my drink order (not blaming him entirely). The food came, the Mac and cheese was ice cold. The bartender asked a server for a new one and the response he got was: ughhh I’m so busy. The wings were fine…..Proceeded to wait another 20 minutes and no pasta. Bartender asked for it multiple more times and was ignored by other staff. He thankfully removed it from my bill. Jeez. Not to mention, the bar area was filthy upon arrival. What a mess.

Worst experience ever. I am a food service worker who has bartended and served in a rush so I give a lot of grace when it’s due. It’s a Friday night at730-8pm. One server one bartender and maybe a security guard. I should have known then it wasn’t going to be good. The server needs help. The food is coming out inedible, there were items either missing or we got things we didn’t order. To be transparent, we had an issue paying that had nothing to do with the server but it def prolonged other customers service. They need another server on that floor. Our server seemed bothered that we were there. She didn’t even smile at us. We did not feel welcomed. Food terrible. Service terrible. The space is disgusting! I went to the bathroom and when I flushed the toilet leaked water everywhere. If you are not a regular, don’t come here!! We paid $100 for nothing. It’s disappointing because there aren’t many sit down BWW’s and this was the worst experience

A few buddies and I went here to watch a NFL game, get food, and drinks. The atmosphere was typical of a BWW, but the service was extremely slow. Getting drink refills took about 20-30min and it took 45 min for us to get our check after we asked for it. After receiving the check, we waited about 30min with out the server coming back to accept our payment options. We ended up getting tired of waiting, threw enough cash on the table to cover the bill and walked out.<br><br>Definitely recommend explore other options before going to this location.

They have alot of available seating with no line so we thought we could have a meal heare since the Applebees in the area is jampacked. Now, we know for a reason why it’s not filled. Idk if they have understaffing but we waited for quite some time to get our order, but when order was in it didn’t take that long as we expected it to be, for it to be served. Food is fair tasting. We loved it that they served the Kids food first.<br><br>Ample table spacing with each other. Restroom is filthy. High chair and koala kare seen. TV’s are ample for you to get updated with sports. I stopped by early evening on a Saturday. Restaurant was almost empty and service was still a bit slow. Table was a bit dirty and so were the seats. Food was alright - came warm. I wasn't expecting anything nice since it's just BWW. The waitress was probably new. Didn't get water for the table and when I asked for forks, she literally brought over one. We ordered the unlimited apps and we were charged for each app separately. It took about 20-30 mins for the lady to fix it. Very odd experience, should've listened to all the reviews here.<br><br>Also ordered a soda and we were charged $7-$8 for it. However, as we were getting our receipt fixed, they adjusted the price as well. Not worth stopping by, even with the unlimited apps promo.<br><br>Signed the receipt with a busted pen. The family behind me wanted to watch football but manager couldn't change the channel. 😂😂

I don’t know why I keep giving them chances. I just ordered a door dash for 20 boneless wings fries and wedges. Simple to me it should not have taken that long. It took them an hour to make my food! Then when I got it it was cold and I got 18 real pieces and 1 ball. Did not even get me the decency to give me 20! I did not spend damn near $30 for this trash to not get my money back and if I have to uber there and back we gonna have a problem!

I would have gave less stars if it wasn’t for the nice welcoming man wishing my family and I a happy Easter. The nachos didn’t have any chicken at all I order 2 samplers none had chicken . The kitchen guy was so slow the food came and we waited almost 30 minutes for my sons order, we were the only ones at the location & took so long to bring out cheeseburger & fried chicken finger for my son came all separate. I pay 67$ & even show the waitress how come no chicken in the nachos I live right by this restaurant & feel like it’s going from worse to worse .<br>Anyways blessed Sunday & happy Easter .<br>Hopefully he wonder of this location take action & make it more family friendly & kitchen chef to be quicker mostly when there no one just 1 costumer in the restaurant.<br><br>Also no napkins most be doing good making a lot of money for us to use the wet wipes.

UPDATE 2/11/24: After almost a year of not ordering from here, I decided to do it for the Super Bowl. Ordered 46 wings 30 HOURS in advance, and 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, they canceled my order! Are you KIDDING ME? Absolute garbage establishment.<br><br>Thank you for ruining my Super Bowl Sunday! I don't know what else I should've expected.<br><br>And just so it's clear, THEY STILL only allow you to chose TWO SAUCES for 40 wings.<br><br>EDIT: I'm even more annoyed that they had the nerve to reply to this telling me to contact support. LIKE WHAT? You're a chain that sells CHICKEN WINGS and you don't have blue cheese OR carrots OR celery? They could have even given ranch, but I'm guessing they didn't have that either! Absolutely ridiculous. And the lady on the phone's excuse was that I don't get charged for it so there's nothing she can do about it.<br><br>If it comes with my meal, then I do get charged for it as part of my meal. With that logic, they can just send me 30 unsauced boneless wings and tell me it's okay that I didn't receive sauced wings because I don't pay extra for it...?
