This is the real deal for kosher pizza in Midtown.

Walked in starving during lunch rush and still got a piping hot slice in under 2 minutes. The cheese slice has that perfect NYC fold: thin crispy crust, great sauce, and quality chalav yisrael cheese that actually stretches. Everything tastes fresh, not like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp all day.

Huge menu beyond pizza too — calzones, salads, pasta, sushi, and their garlic knots are dangerously addictive. Place is clean, staff is super efficient and friendly, and prices are surprisingly reasonable for Midtown Manhattan. Hashgacha is reliable and everything is pas yisroel.

If you’re kosher and anywhere near 5th Ave, this is your spot. Consistent, delicious, and fast. Already planning my next visit.

The Staff is very friendly. The pizzas here are huge, very tasty and visually appealing. Just make sure you really want a whole pizza. My wife and I couldn’t even finish one 😅

Response from the owner

Hi, Yosef. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!

Hi. I am big fan and customer. Everytime I come the lead pizza guy w the flat cap has SO MUCH attitude. He really ruins the experience and Bravo name for many. Please get rid of him he’s terrible.

Shame on me for ordering pizza in midtown. Everyone was very nice but this was the worst pizza I've had in NYC. The sauce was sickeningly sweet. They overcooked the bottom because nobody was paying attention to how long the size was overheating. Part of it was so crispy it was like a cracker and the other party was so soupy it was falling apart. I had to fold the point towards the back to meet it from falling apart and it was like eating a hot, saucy pizza flavored cake. I wound up throwing it in the garbage a few blocks away.

Bravo Pizza absolutely delivers every single time. The crust had that perfect balance — crispy on the outside, soft and airy inside — with just the right amount of char underneath. The sauce was rich and flavorful without overpowering the cheese, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. Nothing greasy, nothing sloppy — just clean, classic, well-executed pizza.
Service was quick and friendly, even during peak hours. You can tell the team runs the place efficiently and takes pride in what they’re serving. The space itself is clean, organized, and gives you that authentic neighborhood pizza spot feel.
In a city full of pizza options, Bravo stands out for consistency, quality, and flavor. Definitely a go-to spot. Highly recommended.

The pizza is good/alright Kosher pizza, for what it's worth. It's got the vibe you would expect and the slices are delectable and not too too overpriced. I would honestly give it 5 stars if it weren't for an unsavory experience we had as the place closed at 2am on Sat. night. I totally understand the need for customers to leave the building at closing time so that workers can close up and go home. However, it is never acceptable for workers (the Mashgiach, in this case) to actively shoo customers out (with loud declarations and much pomp) only minutes after serving them food (and still 5 minutes before 2am!).
Some constructive criticism–If you would like to close at 2am, then stop serving food at 1:30, or at least make it automatically to-go, or something like that.

Tried this place after a trip to the empire state, was the only place we went back to a second time. Best pizza in New York and very friendly service. Reasonable prices. Very clean facilities. The owner hearing our British accent came over to talk to us to see how our trip was going. Easiest recommendation if any one asks where to eat in New York

Response from the owner

Not recommended at all.
We drove almost an hour with five couples to enjoy a kosher pizza place, and we left completely shocked and disappointed.

We waited about 30 minutes just to get a table because the place was full. When we finally sat down and ordered, the food arrived in about 10 minutes. Then, when we asked for a simple dipping sauce, they charged us one dollar for an extremely tiny amount of a cheap and not tasty sauce. The pizza itself was completely average.
We could have ignored that, but then came the part that honestly shocked us.

Less than ten minutes after we started eating, one of the staff members came to us and, with unbelievable rudeness, basically told us to leave because we had been sitting “too long” and they needed the table for other customers. For a full minute he kept pressuring us to get up and go. We felt very uncomfortable, so we left and had to finish our food outside in the cold.

This was one of the worst and most embarrassing restaurant experiences I have ever had. We will definitely not come back, and we will also let our friends know.
Completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

The Margherita was phenomenal! The tomato sauce was super flavorful and sweet, the dough thin and crispy and the cheese pull was perfect. Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. With about $6 per piece a good price as well.

Amazing pizza and super welcoming service!
The pizza was absolutely delicious — crispy, flavorful, and fresh out of the oven. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and Alex made the experience even better with his great energy and attention. Definitely one of the best pizza spots I’ve been to!

Response from the owner

Hi, Mairanny. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!

Disappointing but I keep ordering and keep being disappointed. I understand that there are holidays but please do not accept orders for days you know you will be closed. It is not fair to the consumer. I order from here because it's accessible and at least 3 different times, there has been NO COMMUNICATION and my order was not received - I assume it's because of a closure but I honestly don't know. Folks who eat kosher need food too, I am struggling to understand how management finds it acceptable to take people's money, allow them to set delivery dates and times but not communicate if unable to adhere to that due to any reason. Please do better. I want to order from here but every time I do it is more stress than if I'd ordered from elsewhere.

Update 10/14:
Updating this review as I was contacted by management and offered a refund for my most recent order. I appreciate the communication and the urgency with which this situation was handled. I give grace to the team and I do plan to order from Bravo in the future. Communication is super important and as the team seemed to be understanding, I hope my feedback helps Bravo and other customers provide and receive the service they deserve for their money. Like I said, I do plan to order in the future and will be sure to do my due diligence to call a few days before placing to order and the day of to follow up. Thanks Steve for your help with this matter!

First time at Bravo Pizza and… we kinda went all in. Had to try one of everything—for research purposes, of course.

Let’s start with the Tomato Basil with soft mozzarella. Wow. Just wow. That slice was next-level. Fresh, creamy, a little tangy… it tasted like summer in Italy landed on a perfect crust.

Then came the Pineapple Jalapeño—sweet meets spicy in the best kind of flavor battle. If you like a little kick, this one’s your guy.

We also tried the classic cheese (solid, comforting, no frills), mushroom (fancy but still fun), and the roasted veggie (basically health food, right?). Olive, regular pineapple and a bunch of others in the pics below. Each slice had its own vibe and we weren’t mad at any of them.

Great crust. Awesome toppings. Chill vibe.
We’ll definitely be back.

Response from the owner

Hi, Rabbi. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!

I can say this... Pizza terrible, atmosphere just ok, and service plain out sucks.
I would not come here again and would not recommend.
There are far too many options out there to come here. Especially for the very expensive prices. Food looks great, but looks can be deceiving, and don't even think of getting any type of service here.
Just NO!

First time here and the way I got to this place was totally random.
I was just walking by on my way back home after a “not so good” day and I was hungry.
I was just passing by this place in the exact moment when I decided to have something to eat and boom, there it was Bravo Pizza.
I was attracted by the good looking pizzas you could see by the street.
I never knew this place so I entered and then I was told that: we only sell veggie pizzas😅😅. So I was like, ok what the hell I just entered here and they were giving me a good service so I stayed and had: the pizza with cauliflower and the marinara and both were AMAZING, one of the best pizzas I had in NYC. Quality ingredients, good kosher pizza indeed.
I will surely continue coming to this place.
The service was very good. 👋👋
