Going to be honest, the place is fun, with a cool arcade, and complimentary wifi. The filth in this building though, is awful. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, the booths are tearing, the stairs are all gunked up, and the floors are sticky everywhere. The food was below average, and they were out of certain items. Server was nice and the bowling experience was decent. Super cool center and with the proper management and cleaning services, it could be a big hit. Hopefully they can figure out whatever they're going through right now and get this bowling center to its full potential.

I visited Bowl 360 Astoria yesterday and had a great experience. The food and drinks were excellent and arrived promptly. What really stood out was the manager, who was consistently walking around checking on guests. He was very attentive, regularly asking if we needed anything and making sure everything was going well. The level of service made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to coming back.

I was here last weekend with a few of my friends. It was an amazing place if you’re in for quick fun and games. Food is average but you’ll have choices for drinks.

Their server Kathy was great in helping with our orders. She also kept our lane clean while we were bowling.

Just need to keep restrooms clean it seems they were left from last night.

I recently visited Bowlero 360 Astoria for a school field trip, and I want to highlight that the customer service was excellent. We arrived right when they opened at 10:00 AM, and the staff was professional, organized, and efficient. They handled our large group quickly and kept everything running smoothly. The music selection was also great and created a fun atmosphere for the students.
However, I was disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the facility. Since we were among the first people in the building that morning, I was surprised that the floors felt very sticky throughout the venue. You could actually hear the stickiness while walking, which made it seem like the floors had not been properly cleaned. The restrooms also did not appear clean and could use more attention.
The excellent service deserved an environment that matched it. With some serious cleaning, maintenance, and updates to the facility, this could be a much better experience overall.

Miguel and the rest are incredible assets to your front desk team. They handle the weekend rush with an impressive level of calm and efficiency, ensuring lanes are assigned quickly and shoe rentals are managed seamlessly. Customers frequently comment on their welcoming attitude. Their performance is always top tier and it's what keeps my friends and I coming back. I suggest friends to always come to our "church Sundays" here. It just feels like home and it's because of them. Please give Miguel the recognition he truly deserves.

If you are thinking of going to this place, I hope you read my comment. I went to enjoy with my family and in a matter of seconds my phone was no longer there, I only had a group of people next to me there was no other option, I told the manager to help me with the camera videos and he told me that he could not for security reasons but the customer's safety doesn't matter? There is no control for the time since my neighbors who robbed me ran out of time and they didn't leave for a moment until I felt afraid since it was a large group of Morenos and we were a small quiet family. Very bad experience we didn't even finish using the time and 20 minutes after arriving they had stolen my phone. 🙄

Been here a few times ... Went with a variety amount of people ... Went twice with 3 others and one time I went with 8 people .. the appetizers and drinks were very tasty. I recommend reserving spaces for large groups especially for bowling ... There is also a a billiards section which is big... There's also an arcade section that I hadn't tried out yet.

Only reason I still come to this place is because its up the street from me. They DO NOT take care of the lanes or place at all. There is sticky stuff on the seats and tables. The floor by the lanes is covered in dirt from wet shoes when there should not be any outside shoes on the lanes. They DO NOT oil or take care of the lanes either. They are bone dry and only oil if there is a league happening. They do not care for actual bowlers who come to practice. Its sad because i love bowling and want to get better but feels like a money grab when they dont care about taking care of the place. I never like to leave bad reviews but this is just disappointing.

The place was pretty big and it had good lanes that were functioning. It was really colorful there and vibrant which was nice 👍. The price wasn’t very expensive and they had ping pong/table tennis 🏓 (upstairs) as well as billiard 🎱. The restroom stalls were a bit small though but other than that, it’s a good place to enjoy time with your family!

Bowl 360 is a modern, high-energy bowling spot with lots of lanes and plenty to do beyond bowling — pool tables, table tennis, video games, and more. Overall, a great experience, especially for groups and celebrations.

They also serve food and drinks; while the food could be a bit better, that’s not really why people come here. A tip: call ahead, as it can get busy quickly. I also used their New Year’s advance party booking, which was well organized and smooth. Definitely a fun, well-run venue. 🎉🎳

$25 for 2 hours unlimited bowling is pretty good. The vibes and music were great. However their drink menu shows these huge drinks on their pictures online, then they deliver such a tiny cup for $16-20

0 STARS
Today, I hosted my daughter’s birthday party at your establishment and was very disappointed by the unsanitary condition of the women’s restroom. Given the number of staff members present, the state of the facilities was unacceptable and should have been addressed promptly.
As the event was a children’s birthday party, the majority of our guests were girls, and many were unable to use the restroom due to the extremely poor hygiene conditions. After purchasing a birthday party package, I reasonably expected the restrooms to be properly maintained throughout our visit.
Unfortunately, one restroom stall contained visible menstrual stains, while another had urine and toilet paper on the floors and sinks. Photographs documenting these conditions are included below. This experience was both disappointing and concerning, and it reflects a lack of proper upkeep.
Due to this experience, I would not recommend hosting events or visiting this establishment until cleanliness and sanitation standards are adequately addressed.

My cousin had her birthday there. I think she did a package. It was my first time there. I had fun and I didn't have to wear the ugly bowling shoes. The drinks are good and the food is good. I enjoyed the pizza. They play good music. We wanted to stay longer but it was too expensive.

I had a great time at Bowl 360 Astoria. The venue is a perfect size, with two lanes to bowl on. Upstairs, there's a fun game and arcade area. The bowling prices could be a bit better. I went with friends when there weren't any deals,so it was pricey. The drinks are huge, though not too strong (I'm a lightweight). We enjoyed the food as well, especially the wings and fries. This is a great spot for birthday parties, hanging out with friends, or for teenagers. I'm sure they offer event packages too. I would definitely go back.
