I stopped in for an Aperol Spritz on a hot day after a lobg walk in the city. What a good choice! I sat at the beautiful bar and was served by the awesome Santiago! He was professional, friendly and personable. He also made an excellent drink. Astetically, this place is beautiful. I need to return with my beautiful wife to enjoy a nice meal and experience this special place fully. Hopefully we will return sooner than later.

Honestly, nothing special. We had a group of 6. Service was poor. Took forever for someone to take our order and food took a while to come out. Our waters were constantly empty. Wait staff came over MAYBE once after we got our food. Food was just ok. Pasta dish rim was not wiped after being plated as you can see in the picture. For the price, I would have expected more. I’ve been to other restaurants in the city where the pasta was $14 and much better. Restaurant is very dark and extremely noisy. Not a pleasant environment.

Hello Miranda,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Your comments are taken seriously and will be shared with our management and service teams for review and improvement.

If you would like to share any additional details, please feel free to reach out to us on our official email address.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much better experience in the future.

Sincerely,
David
Guest Relations Team
I absolutely loved this restaurant. The food was amazing, everything we tried was delicious and you could really tell how much care was put into every dish. But honestly, the best part was the service and the overall experience.
The staff was always attentive, very thoughtful, and made us feel genuinely welcomed the entire time. You can tell when a restaurant truly cares about its guests, and they did an incredible job. I would definitely come back again.
I had such an amazing experience at this bar honestly, everything felt perfect. The atmosphere is incredible, super cozy yet vibrant, and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s one of those places where you just don’t want to leave.

But I have to give a special shoutout to Adam, the bartender he truly made the whole night unforgettable. I have pretty specific taste when it comes to cocktails, and somehow he understood exactly what I wanted without me even fully explaining it. Every drink he made was perfectly balanced and felt completely personalized.

You can tell Adam genuinely cares about his craft not just mixing drinks, but creating an experience. His attention to detail, professionalism, and positive energy are on another level. He didn’t just make great cocktails, he made me feel taken care of and special.

If you go here, definitely sit at the bar and ask for Adam he’s the kind of bartender that turns a good night into an unforgettable one. I’ll 100% be coming back.
In short: expensive, but staff and food not worth it. Much competition around, try them instead.

250 dollars for 2 apps 2 drinks and an entree. It took 15 minutes to get service while the place was mostly empty on a Thursday afternoon. The drink got spilled by the service staff and not replaced. The bone marrow was pretty good but it’s such small amount that it is not worth the price in the slightest. The wagyu was great, but small amount and doesn’t make up for other short comings. Also near the windows the cold air comes through the cracks, and made my partner cold.

The place sells itself as upscale and has the menu to show for it but the execution visa ve the staff and food did not make it worth it. If it were a movie it’s like the episode 9 of Star Wars, oversold and under delivered.

Hello Cameron,

We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience during your visit. It’s very concerning to hear about the delays in service, the issue with your drink not being replaced, and that the overall value and execution did not meet expectations, as this is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold. We also regret any discomfort caused by the seating near the windows.

If you would be open to sharing more details, we kindly invite you to reach out to us at guestrecovery@thegroup.nyc so we can investigate this further.

We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Sincerely,
David
Guest Relations Team
I had dinner at the bar with a friend this week, and we had such a great experience. It was our first time trying escargots, and they were absolutely delicious—especially the rich, garlicky sauce they came with. It was so good that my friend even asked to keep the sauce just to dip her bread in!

The lamb was another standout—perfectly cooked, juicy, and incredibly tender. On top of the food, the service really made the night special. Santiago and Adam were fantastic bartenders who went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time.

Overall, it was a memorable evening, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
A nice place to spend time. Never felt rushed and music choice was well tailored.

Steak Frites were delicious, my date had the Duck and Lentil.

Wine selection is varied and balanced (though some cork escaped into the beverage).
I had such a good experience!! The drinks, the food and the server gave me the best vibes ever. Will definitely be back. Adrianne served us and her spirit and cheerfulness was just infectious. Thank you so much Adrianne for making my birthday so remarkable. 100% Recommend!
Just outstanding!
The photos tell the story, everything was great: bone marrow, escargot, carpaccio, beef bourguignon, pasta with lobster, steak, salmon - and the desserts?!? Wow. Great wine list as well.
The service was amazing, and it wasn’t just our great servers, it was the Somm, GM (thank you!) and everyone we encountered.
And the place looks and feels great. A really great experience that shouldn’t be missed if you want great French in NYC.
Amazing atmosphere and ambience in this aesthetic place. Even though design of bar is breathtaking, the service from Adam took our attention. With professional service and hilarious chat. Thanks a lot for this experience.
Amazing atmosphere and ambience, food is great even though it took a bit longer and both of our entrees came after 45-50minutes shortly after though without us requesting our mains came. Service was great all servers were extremely polite and hospitable, we were seated at a tiny table in front of the kitchen prep area which was non stable and wobbly , we requested to switch seats and we were placed on the booths which was way nicer, funny thing is that two more couples were placed there after us and also had to switch. I’d highly recommend management to remove that table as besides that’s dangerous is also not comfortable as the busser accidentally would bump onto the person sat which creates discomfort for the guest.
Most restaurants are expensive nowadays but this one I can actually say was worth it. The food, service, and atmosphere were just incredible. The steak was cooked to perfection and the french onion soup was divine. The staff was also so charming and attentive. Would definitely come back for special occasions, dates, or dinners with the family.
One of the top French cuisine restaurants in NYC. Everything from decor to service is top tier! I’ve been going to all Boucheries in NYC for years and highly recommend all locations. I ordered the steak skewers from their Green hour/Happy hour along with a dirty martini. The steak was good, just wish there was one more skewer for the price, maybe an appetizer is better value. Martini was very good and service was 10/10 professional and attention to detail always.
Food was absolutely delicious, the staff was outstanding, and the atmosphere was adorable! My partner and I ate here before a Broadway show this month, and their pre-theater menu did not disappoint. The prime steak frites were incredible — I actually ordered the Bavette en Persillade but was so glad my partner shared theirs because WOW!

Our server, Sophia, was wonderful — so knowledgeable about the wines and menu options, and she made sure we were really well taken care of.

Funny enough, I realized later that I had eaten at Boucherie (their other location) about four years ago with my sister (she reminded me when I told her about it!). I’m terrible with names, so I didn’t make the connection right away, but it was just as amazing back then. I even found a photo of my breakfast from that first visit. The food this time around was so good I forgot to take a picture before diving in!

Truly such a charming spot — consistently excellent food, service, and ambiance. Highly recommend this place, especially before a show!
Pretty classic restaurant that everything will be nice for all kinds of occasions. We can for a friend’s birthday and servers professionally helped us celebrate.

Dick leg was surprisingly delicious. It was a seasonal dish. The skin was crispy and the sides were flavored.

My friend’s burger was ok.

Desserts were classic. I would recommend the chocolate tart.
