Very good food! The server was great! The views were stunning!!

I came with my family for a late lunch/early dinner, we order salads, pizzas, pastas, and some other dishes. The menu items and food quality in general are true authentic Italian and I am definitely picky when going out for Italian. All the food was truly delicious and I have nothing bad to say about. I even met 2 of the owners Jerry and Pasquale, nice guys who you can see put a lot into their business. Their ambience was super relaxing and nothing beats the beautiful view of the city. Will definitely be going back with my beautiful and amazing girlfriend.

Highly recommend the caccio e pepe! Definitely the best pasta on the menu. Stick to the classic pizzas, we tried the four cheese and it was not to our taste

Blue Eyes Restaurant in Hoboken is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and one of the most beautiful waterfront views of the NYC skyline. The ambiance alone makes it worth the visit.<br><br>The food is delicious —everything tastes fresh, authentic. The pasta dishes are incredible, perfectly cooked. You can really tell they take pride in their ingredients and presentation.<br><br>The service was just as amazing, attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable.<br><br>Whether you’re going for a date night, a special occasion, or just a great meal with a view, Blue Eyes never disappoints. Easily a 5-star experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great Italian food, authentic and with extreme attention to the ingredient quality. Giada and Pasquale have been extremely kind and nice through all the dining experience, making us feel at home. The location on the Hudson River offers a breathtaking view over the City, and the place has jus an amazing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for a couple years! This place is amazing. Recently they renovated the restaurant and it’s even better than before. Food is 10/10 and the view is even better. As well as the staff everyone is welcoming and gives that extra touch that is often forgot.

Everything was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Italian flavors, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive and friendly. Every detail made the experience special. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily come back again. I love coming here! If you are looking for AUTHENTIC Italian food then look no further than Blue Eyes. My husband is from Tuscany, Italy and he feels right at home here. The menu changes seasonally and they have amazing daily specials. If you go during weekday lunch, they offer a prix-fixe menu for $23 in addition to the regular menu. Being gluten free, I can attest to how incredible the gluten free pizza is. You can’t even tell it is GF. Most of the staff are/speak Italian and they are lovely and welcoming! Jonathon always has a smile!<br>There is also a secret that I hesitate to share because I may start having a hard time getting a table…. You can bring your dog! Not in the indoor restaurant space but in the “outdoor” patio that is connected, 100% climatized and covered. I can even order my dog food! That is also where you have THE BEST views of Manhattan considering this restaurant sits along the Hudson River.

if you want an amazing view, great food, and nice staff, this is the best restaurant I can recommend! I was worried that for Valentine’s Day, they would rush us or give us a table with no view but it was the opposite. The staff made sure we were enjoying our food and gave us suggestions that I’m glad we tried. We will definitely come back and order the steak and pasta again :)

Just ate here today and wow! What great food, service and view. Pizza, pasta vodka and chicken parm were delicious. Coffee was brewed just right along with a slice of chocolate cake. Our servers were nothing but wonderful during the entire experience. They even sang happy birthday to my son.

Blue Eyes quickly became one of our favorite dining experiences during our trip to Hoboken. The staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. My fiancé and I chose to dine here for lunch after it was recommended by our Airbnb hosts, and we’re so glad we did.<br>Since we had a full day of exploring ahead, we decided to eat something light and started with the insalata di mare—and wow, it was AMAZING. So fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Coming from Texas, we wanted to try something we don’t normally eat, and this dish did not disappoint.<br>After spending the afternoon walking along the waterfront and exploring Washington Street, we were deciding where to go for dinner and knew immediately that we had to come back to Blue Eyes. This time we sat at the bar and were waited on by Stefany, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had great conversation with her and the owner, who is such a kind and genuine man. He shared his background, his personal favorites from the menu, and even recommended other great food spots in the area—such a thoughtful touch.<br>For dinner, we ordered the petto di pollo parmigiana, and it was truly to die for. From the perfectly breaded chicken to the rich red sauce on the pasta, it was a solid 10/10.<br>We will be recommending Blue Eyes to anyone we meet who’s coming to New Jersey. It will definitely be missed when we head back home to Houston—but that just gives us another reason to plan a return trip!

Food was really good but the service leaves a lot to be the desired.<br><br>The hostess somewhat escorted us to our table but put the menus down and walked off without saying a word so I had to guess what our table was.<br><br>Second, had to flag down waiter most of the times to order something.<br><br>Third, while seated the waitress was talking loudly behind me to a friend on the outside of the restaurant like I wasn't even there.<br><br>This place is a one and done kind of place.

The food was actually really good - especially the pizza.<br>However, the service was quite disappointing. When we walked in, the staff just stared without saying anything.<br>Also, when we asked for the check, they started clearing the table. While wiping it down, they PUSHED TRASH TOWARD ME — ESPECIALLY ONTO MY SKIRT — and some of it EVEN FELL ON ME. Still, NO APOLOGY.<br>Good food, but the service REALLY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

I would like to bring to your attention the excellent service that made my experience truly special.<br>I arrived from the freezing cold of New Jersey to the restaurant on Frank Sinatra's boardwalk with the intention of warming up, and I was greeted with the warmest welcome by lovely Anabella,<br>I enjoyed an incredibly delicious coffee and cannelloni stuffed with exquisite cheese. It was such a delightful and cozy experience. Thank you for everything!

The service was great. The food was very tasty. Everything was good from the drinks, to the appetizers, the main, and desserts was a 10/10 would definitely recommend. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside and enjoyed the view.
