Love this diner. The food is awesome (except when my onion rings are fried a little too much lol). I would recommend them to anyone. Any time of day or night. The food is always worthwhile

I love it! It's your classic diner. You step inside and you get that classic diner nostalgia. Typical diner menu which means a wide variety of selections for the whole family. Took my family for mother's day breakfast and everything was delicious and the service was nice. I would definitely return and try their lunch.

I was here week ago. The food was fine, but the service really affected the experience. Even though the diner wasn’t busy, our table was cleared after one hours, and the server questioned me for ordering coffee refill “why more coffee?“😓 It made the visit uncomfortable, which is disappointing for a place I hoped to enjoy.

Blue Bay checks all boxes when it comes to a diner. Went with a group of 4 on a Saturday, at 9:45. Waited for 5 mins and was seated. Big menu, fast and friendly service. $15 minimum per person, also they don’t rush you out so you have time to chat and digest.

Complimentary coffee refills were nice,. Would come back.

Consistent bang for your buck! A group of us came here for lunch and the food was very good! You get a huge amount of food that is very delicious! The service here is quick and attentive as you would expect! The place does get very crowded certain times of the day, so I would plan according! Overall, great diner!

It has been a minute since I've been to an old-school New York dinner, and the Blue Bay Dinner didn't disappoint. The food was good. The Chicken and Waffles were just delicious. The Waffles were perfectly cooked but the star of the show was the Buttermilk Chicken. The Chicken was flavorful and juicy. I never had Red Cabbage Coleslaw before but I really enjoyed it. It was sweet without being overpowering. The Cappuccino was heavenly.

Popular local diner, always happy with the food. Service could take it up a notch as we always seem to have to hunt down our server for coffee, refills, etc. Bathroom is small and not well stocked with supplies, especially on busy weekends. Overall, in a landscape of closing eating establishments, Blue Bay Diner still offers good old comfort food at a competitive price.

Nice local diner. The prices were higher than average but the servings were huge. Service was very nice, too. The Niçoise salad didn’t come with any protein unless you asked (and paid extra) which was unusual as that dish would almost always have fish. For the price, that dish was disappointing. However, we enjoyed our sandwiches, sweet potato fries and soups. It was nice to see healthy options including the cottage cheese and fruit salad. They also have a nice range of classic American and Greek desserts.

First off, they should call it Blue Bay Big Food Dinner. Servings were huge. Our waiter was fantastic, we never waited for refills,or had to ask for extra anything(napkins, sugar etc) The ribeye portion was very generous as was the Club, Steak Quesadilla and French Toast. We could not have enjoyed our experience anymore than we did, 100 percent recommend Blue Bay Dinner.

Old school diner that are a dying breed these days. Love places like this and glad I came. The Fresh baked muffins and other treats on the counter tops are a must order. The banana muffin toasted with a little butter was a welcome breakfast for me. Breakfast is my go to at diners and this one didn’t disappoint. Is it 5 stars? No… but its a solid 3.5.

Recently visited for breakfast during their lunch special from 12-4 and was surprisingly disappointed. The food was mediocre and very tasteless .

Order the steak and eggs, and they do not have home fries. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Also orders the mushroom omelette and it was very blah. No vegetables or anything.

The service was okay, so many different people bringing water/tea then your food. It’s so confusing.

I will not be coming back.

The food is flavorful and the portions are generous. The dishes we ordered tasted like home made! The owner was there and was super hospitable. The waitress was nice and patient when we took time to order. Very accommodating to large groups as well. All deserts are made in house. We tried the Black Forest cake which was rich and decadent.

We treated our couple friend to breakfast this morning, who both seemed satisfied. Their omelettes, crunchy hash browns, pancakes, toasts and french fries were fresh, tasty and big portions. Service was prompt and attentive. However, I find their rates that don’t include coffee, tea pricey!
They charge higher for non-cash payment.
