My family and I recently visited BJ’s Restaurant, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had there.<br><br>I frequent this location and have always had good experiences in the past, but I had never had this particular waitress before.<br><br>The service felt very rushed, yet our food took an extremely long time to arrive. My son sat waiting for his burger and fries for about 45 minutes while the rest of the table had already finished eating and was getting ready to leave. My nephew’s fries also took an unusually long time, and after waiting so long, we had to go ask about the missing food ourselves.<br><br>To make matters worse, the Chicken Alfredo arrived without the chicken. Throughout the delay, our waitress never acknowledged that the food was running behind or offered any updates. She simply said she would be back and left us waiting without any communication.<br><br>I understand restaurants can get busy, but keeping customers informed goes a long way. Being rushed while also waiting 45 minutes for basic menu items made for a frustrating dining experience. As a regular customer, this experience was very disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from BJ’s. I hope management addresses these issues because no family should have to sit through such poor communication and long delays.
