I ordered catering for 15 people. Food was delivered on time and hot. All great, very tasty, well packed, generous portions. Good quality silverware and plates included.
Both, lady taking catering order and the manager went above and behind to accommodate my requests.
My guests were very happy and impressed.
Strongly recommend, would use them again.

This restaurant consistently delivers food that arrives cold and of poor quality. When the issue is reported, responsibility is often shifted to the courier instead of being properly addressed. This shows a lack of accountability and concern for customer satisfaction. The overall service and quality need serious improvement, as this has become a recurring problem and is unacceptable.”

I always order online and pick up the food. It is ready in 25 mins and everything is packed up ready to go. They always include Turkish bread. enough for you crew, and the Yogurt of course. The food is so yummy. The lamb kebab is so tender it melts in your mouth.. And the lamb Pide is a must!!! Highly recommend.. my go-to spot foh sure!♥️

Something is happening to this place. We’ve been ordering for a while from here.. Received a shepherd salad. It looks like one of the main ingredients now is onion. Looks like an onion salad. Also ordered lamb shish kebab it was so blend zero flavor. This has been my favorite place for years. To the proprietor, please please please fix the restaurant

This was, without exaggeration, one of the most uncomfortable and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant—and it was entirely due to one staff member, Aisha.

I’ve been a regular customer here and have always appreciated the food, which is why this experience was so shocking. I came in, ordered two lentil soups to go, and made a very simple, polite request: to leave a note not to add spice. Instead of acknowledging it professionally, Aisha immediately became defensive, visibly irritated, and argumentative. She repeatedly insisted the soup “is not spicy” rather than doing the bare minimum of her job—listening to a customer and accommodating a reasonable request.

What followed was completely unacceptable. Even after I tried to disengage and walked away, she continued approaching me and arguing, escalating the situation in front of other customers. It created an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing scene—exactly the kind of environment that drives people away from a business.

Her behavior demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service skills: no listening, no professionalism, no respect. Just unnecessary confrontation over something that could have been handled in seconds.

It got worse when I asked to speak with a manager. She claimed she was the manager—which I know is not true. That level of dishonesty, combined with her attitude, shows a serious disregard for the business and its reputation.

I ended up requesting a refund and leaving. Not because of the food, but because of how I was treated. I made a clear decision not to return while she is working there.

To the owners: this is not a minor issue. One employee’s behavior completely ruined the experience and cost you a loyal, repeat customer. If this is how customers are treated over a simple request, it reflects very poorly on the entire establishment. This needs to be addressed seriously.

Until then, I cannot recommend this place as I don't want other's to feel the same way what I felt there as what people want is just have a nice food with calm and good service place.

We had an amazing experience at Beyti Turkish Kebab!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The service was exceptionally attentive — our server Kamilla and Aiza made sure we were comfortable, offered great recommendations, and checked on us throughout the meal with genuine care.
The food was absolutely outstanding. The flavors were rich and authentic, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. My dish was incredibly delicious, and my husband’s meal was equally impressive — every bite felt like a true taste of Turkey.
Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality Turkish cuisine in New York.

I ordered the chicken chops and the chicken shish kebab, and the food was excellent. However, the service was highly disappointing. The waitress was noticeably rude and behaved in a manner that made customers uncomfortable. It is unacceptable for staff to conduct themselves this way, especially in an establishment that otherwise offers such quality cuisine.

I went to this restaurant few times in past ,was ok , not something I would come back all the time. This time I decided to order, delivery was fast as I live 10min away , but the food was not good, I ordered mixed grill -the meat was so dry ! I would say really bad and not tasty , couldn’t even eat it, ordered for kids chicken fingers with French fries - French fries - average , so so , chicken fingers ok, ordered also shepherd’s salat , maybe the only think was decent - but cheese they put on top less tasty as what I used to order years ago ( looks like quality went down ) white souce that usually comes with order was not tasty - it was more watery - I remember years ago it was much better , price around 64$ for order , worth it? NO! I won’t recommend , I am not picky eater but deffenetly I do not want to eat dry meat ( and it was mix meat ) all of it was dry and not juicy

Food was better than I was expecting as I came here looking for a quick bite before heading to the beach but ended up being the highlight of the day. The spinach flatbread was the strong highlight of my lunch; it was delicious and took me back to my childhood. The service was also great

This is a great neighborhood spot. Ordered the meat platter (shish kebab[chicken and lamb], lamb gyro, adana kebab & lamb chops) and the large Mediterranean salad, it was perfect for two. This is the third time here and we keep coming back when in the neighborhood.

Had great experience here while in the area. The portions were very generous in size and the food came out super quick. We enjoyed a couple of different dishes and I must say the chicken kabob was very good. I’m glad they had an option of fries since I typically do not like rice with my meals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a good meal.
