Great pizza for sure! Prefer the grandma over the regular. Loved the flavor in the sauce. Excellent stuff.

Very very good pizza, staff is nice, and the restaurant is clean. Highly recommend for a quick bite or full the whole pie.
Rode the citibikes across Brooklyn to try this out, and it did not disappoint. Ordered a grandma style, pepperoni slice and white slice. The white slice was divine! Sesame seeds, caramelized onion and ricotta perfectly blended! They have beers in the fridge to purchase and a cute little seating area for a few people. Really enjoyed this and would recommend if you’re in the area!
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Review: Best Pizza — Worth the 10‑Year Wait

I’ve been waiting nearly a decade to make it to Best Pizza, ever since discovering Frank Pinello on The Pizza Show on Vice. From there, I followed Frank across social media and YouTube, always thinking, One day, I’m getting a slice from this place.

That day finally came — and it absolutely lived up to the hype.

I walked in convinced the white slice would be my runaway favorite. Instead, I was completely blindsided by the Grandma slice, Frank’s personal favorite — and now mine too. It’s a must‑order. The crust is light and airy, the fresh whole tomatoes taste like they were just crushed moments before, and the balance of flavor is spot‑on. Truly unforgettable.

The pepperoni slice was excellent as well — you really can’t go wrong with anything here — but the Grandma is the star of the show.

The white slice still deserves its flowers: that hint of lemon, the sweetness from the caramelized onions, and the sesame‑seeded crust that adds a nutty crunch. It’s thoughtful, bright, and beautifully executed.

If you’ve been thinking about coming here, stop thinking and just go. Best Pizza is exactly what the name promises.
this place was cute! pizza was reasonably prized and it was good. i like more of a thick crust but they made their thin crust work for real. garlic knots can never be beat.
I didn't just eat a few slices of pizza today. As I sat down I could feel the world around me slowly fade away, and with the first bite I was instantly transported to the gates of pizza heaven. Best Pizza is the portal to this culinary nirvana 🤌🏻
Quiant walk up. Pepperoni slice was more than on point. First time having a slice of pizza in NY! TBH, even though I gave my last pizza review 5 stars, that was 5 stars for Kissimmee pizza. 😆
Been dreaming of the day I’d get to step foot inside this Iconic Pizzeria! Literally could have come to New York and only had a slice here and have been content!

For the better part of the last decade I’ve watched Frank travel around the pizza world and have been jealous lol and this was my chance to see if this slice was as epic as I’d hopes!

Gotta say, out of all the NY Slices I’ve ever had it’s my favorite! The flavor of the crust is bonkers. The sauce compliments the crust and cheese… doesn’t dominate in any way. It was fresh baby!

Not gonna fan girl about this… but it’s the best! The crew rocks! And I wish I lived around the corner!

9.6 for the slice …

I hope the rumors are true and you are gonna open a slice shop here in San Diego !!
This place did not disappoint. Went for the first time as I was visiting BK. Tastes like old-school good BK pizza. Good balance of sauce, cheese, thin crust. Sauce is amazing, well seasoned with a little kick. My dad said it reminded him of good old Brooklyn style pizza from back in 1973!! Great spot!!
Loved the casual neighborhood vibes here. On a Saturday night, not too crowded, seats available, pretty cozy I’d say. Onto the pizza….not sold on it being the “best” pizza, but a very good slice; great char, flavor and not floppy. Didnt have to put any seasoning or extra cheese…I think the cheese pizza is in line with Joe’s pizza, but better! Would come back or go to the other locations.
Staff was friendly and the pizza came out fast. The crust had a really good taste and the cheese on the pie was solid. Everything had good flavor. My kids really liked it a lot. We would stop by again.
Definitely good Pizza, I like the vibe of the inside and prices are solid. The smell of dough brings and great aroma to the room. We got 2 regular slices and although both were good they were a little overcooked and under sauced, which led it to taste more like a well done cheesy Bread than a pizza. Their fresh pies seem like the better move based off looks but and their other slices all look good enough to warrant a revisit in the future.
Best Pizza in Williamsburg really lives up to its name. The pizza here is packed with flavor you can taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. The crust is thin with just the right amount of char, giving it that perfect balance of crisp and chew that’s hard to find. The sauce and cheese come together perfectly without being too heavy, and the toppings are always fresh.
The pies come out pretty quick, even when the place is busy, which is great if you’re just stopping in for a quick lunch or grabbing a slice on the go. The space has that classic Williamsburg vibe casual, friendly, and always buzzing with locals. You can tell the team behind the counter takes pride in what they make.
Overall, it’s one of those spots that never disappoints. Whether you’re a New Yorker or just visiting, this is definitely one of the top pizza places worth checking out in Brooklyn.
My husband and I stopped in here with some New York natives per their recommendation and the pizza had the classic New York thin crust that you always hear about. The toppings and flavor were incredible. The only piece of criticism would be please use more cheese (but that’s because I like a cheesier slice). Would absolutely recommend stopping here while in Brooklyn.
I’ve been following Frank on YouTube for a long time, so getting to Best Pizza was one of my priorities while in NYC. It absolutely lived up to the name. The dough was perfect. The sauce and the cheese tasted so fresh. The staff was great to everyone who came in. One of the highlights of my 8 days in the city.
