the food was so delicious the service was great as well shout out to Mary for serving me and my sister loved her energy
The Ecuadorian food was excellent, very authentic, and the service from Mary was amazing. She gave us the perfect tips to fully enjoy the restaurant and the food. Highly recommended!
Visited twice—once about two years ago and again recently. The staff were great both times but the atmosphere has greatly declined since my last visit. The food was good but the wait time really hurts them. This place carries real history and has built a reputation as one of the most iconic Ecuadorian restaurants in NYC. You want to feel that when you walk in—the food not holding up for the price being paid hurts more than it would anywhere else. I may come back one final time, sincerely hoping that changes.
I visited this restaurant today, and I had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast. I especially appreciate the attention from Sebastian.

The food was fresh and very delicious. I really liked the flavors, and the portions were good. The prices were reasonable for the quality.

I would recommend this restaurant to my friends, and I would like to come back again.
I ordered chauflan. The food was ok, had better in Tropical restaurant. The service could have been better. Did not ask how was the service or if we wanted more water. Atmosphere was pleasant.
Delicious food! Best Ecuadorian food
This is my favorite place. Every time I come to New York I came straight from war to this restaurant. Every dish is amazing. You definitely need to detour and come here and try it.
Amazing food and service! I got the fritada and it was amazing! Amazing music and vibe here! Would definitely come back again! 😁🤤
Great service. The food was pretty good but not spectacular. However I will say my ceviche was super fresh and very flavorful!
I accidentally find this place many years ago on Halloween. We had a great time, food and drink then and after .
Last week we come back again to watch the soccer World Cup with friends .
At the door we was already very welcomed, then they put together tables for us .Our server was a very nice guy, he did a great job with our tables, wasn’t too much time to time check up on us.
Price very affordable. But the check already include $50 tip. We didn’t mind just good to know so you won’t double tip. My friend had a birthday recently the song the cake with the fireworks candle made his day ! Thank you for all!
I love the vibes there we definitely come back another time!
This lovely Ecuadorian restaurant is busy but in a good way. I stopped in for a cocktail, I was impressed at how efficient the staff was. The vibe is relaxed the decor is lovely. I highly recommend the passion fruit cocktail. It’s walking distance from the train stop, if you’re on the flushing main this is a great place to dine on the 7 train.
The food and drinks were absolutely delicious!!! We were seated right away, but the wait staff was a little slow placing our orders. I'll charge that to it being a holiday evening, I'd definitely eat here again, family friendly!!
My first time at an Ecuadorian restaurant and I was really impress. The quality of the food is outstanding. They are usually pretty busy, so depending on the time of the day you might have to wait. However they move pretty quick. Prices are overall average specially for seafood. Options for everyone and definitely you wont regret it. They do sell alcohol.
I chose to eat on Saturday, and it was really crowded.I didn't have to wait so much for a table of five. My family choose from a variety of dishes; however the taste of some dishes were really good but not as we expected. The service was great and helpful.
