Awesome hibachi was amazing! Our family had so much fun - we had a party of 20 and a lot of kids who were more entertained than I expected. Jimmy was our chef and he was spectacular. The food was incredible and the experience is one we’ll never forget

Peter was absolutely amazing! If you want to have straight vibes and a good time book with Peter. My family and I booked an at home hibachi for a birthday and he was blast. I would rate the food a 3.7/5 but having Peter bumped it up to a 4/5

We booked Awesome Hibachi for a small family celebration of a milestone anniversary in Austin, TX.<br>The booking process is all smooth. The information is clear on the website and booking process is straightforward. There is a $50 transportation fee that was added on top which I wasn’t aware of.<br>Chef Alex and Eric were both friendly and arrived on time. They were patient , friendly and adaptable. We had a number of vegetarians in our group so we requested for non vegetarian food to be cooked last and they honored that. The kids and adults alike had a lot of fun with pee pee boy and other games Eric played including balloon twisters.<br>They were friendly, offered to play their own music on their speaker, were happy to take family photos and obliged the excited kids that wanted to play some games over and over again. The food was tasty and they had hot sauce for those of us that needed to up the heat.<br>2 pieces of feedback we have are below<br>1) It would be helpful to display at booking the portion size (and photos)especially of the proteins for both adults and kids. We ended up with too much tofu and too little chicken and steak. If we knew the quantities we could have ordered accordingly. All the rice and veggies that wasn’t consumed, they left behind for us so we didn’t cook the next day lol.<br>2) I understand salad needs to be in ziplock bags (which seemed clean and fresh!) for transportation. But before serving, if it was all put in a bowl that would absolutely elevate the experience especially as I have seen other reviews of people being put off by the zip bags. Simple but effective!<br><br>Thank you Awesome Hibachi for making our celebration an absolutely memorable one.

Chef J was awesome. He provided a top notch valentines backyard hibachi experience that was enjoyed by myself and all my guests. It was a different vibe than your typical sit down restaurant environment which we loved so much. The food was absolutely delicious with all fresh ingredients. Arsi was very helpful with the booking and order placement. I would book again in the future. Kudos to awesome hibachi 🫶!!

My husband mentioned hibachi during a conversation with his brother. Since his birthday is just two days before Christmas and he prefers staying in, I searched for home hibachi options. I came across Awesome Hibachi and was impressed by the positive reviews and the excitement in the videos. With a week to prepare, I booked a surprise birthday hibachi dinner at home, thanks to Awesome Hibachi and Chef Joe 🤭🥳. The entertainment and food were fantastic. Although the kids were disappointed that there were no huge flames like in the restaurants, Chef Joe kept them entertained and involved 😬. My husband was particularly surprised by the sake shots, especially when Chef Joe brought out the sake gun 😂. The night was a successful birthday celebration filled with laughter, delicious food, and sake count an experience shared with family and friends ☺️.

“Oh Yea” was absolutely wonderful! We have hired Awesome Hibachi and requested “Oh yeah” three times now and he never disappoints! The whole experience was amazing! Joe did a great job of entertaining the children and the parents. He helped us serve inside and out! They were fair, timely and polite. We would recommend them 100%

The energy, the showmanship, and the incredible food made it such a unique and fun experience.<br><br>He brought all the classic hibachi tricks — the flaming onion volcano, egg-tossing — and had everyone laughing and engaged. The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked steak, juicy shrimp, flavorful fried rice, and fresh vegetables, all made right in front of us.<br><br>It was the perfect mix of dinner and entertainment, and honestly better than most restaurants we’ve been to. What a fun experience to have Paul cook for us at our friends’ home and dazzle us with his skills. We were visiting on vacation and it was a great first night activity. The food was delicious. Paul was fun and engaging.<br><br>My only complaints are that a friend and I were only given two scallops each. I think he miscounted. That was a bummer as they’re a favorite, I had more shrimp. I like eating the various dishes together but probably because there were 12 of us, we had to eat the food as it was prepared or it would get cold. Anyway, overall I highly recommend!
