My girlfriend and I stopped here after visiting the Metropolitan museum of art for brunch and drinks. Drinks were great and strong, food was great, came out fast. Spoke with Makayla and Logan who were simply amazing people. 5 star experience. Go here.

I had a medium size group here for my birthday dinner and it could not have gone better! The food and cocktails were delicious, everything came out quickly without mix up, and the service was super friendly! The owner is also really kind and accommodating, you can tell her really cares that your experience is a good one. It’s a local gem!

I just had the best experience at Avoca. I had to request some special needs and Rory, the owner, was more than accommodating. Our waitress, Mikayla, was the kindest waitress ever. She helped with all of my special needs and gave us all of her recommendations, which were spot on. We all had a lovely experience and can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much Rory and Mikayla!!

We hosted our book club meeting here with 40 girls and had such an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly accommodating, the atmosphere was perfect for our event, and everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. Everyone had such a great time and kept talking about how beautiful and fun the space was. Highly recommend for large groups, special events, or a night out!

I wanted to go out of my way to compliment this restaurant. We came with a baby and they took the time spread things out to make a nice space for us during dinner rush. We sat in the back which was lively with a mid 30s crowd. Drinks were really good, I enjoyed my poke bowl and all was very fairly priced. Rory the owner was also very nice, I would highly recommend coming back based on price, quality, vibe, and solid service.

I did the Friday order an entree or appetizer added $35 for 90 mins unlimited listed drinks. So, I ordered burger thinking you can’t go wrong with a burger. I ordered medium rare but I got served well done. Anyways, the meat itself seems to be from a frozen packaged and not freshly done. I am a foodie so I can tell. Being I did the $35 l unlimited drinks server not attentive if the group who did the Friday package needed refill. I left earlier and hopefully the group got charged correctly…

I’ve never had a grilled tuna Cesar salad and let me tell you, it’s phenomenal. Everything about this place is perfect - from the atmosphere to the drinks and the reasonably priced menu. Will absolutely be back. Plus it’s dog friendly - they even have their own menu options !!

We hosted a galentine's event and it was so seamless because Rory and his team were beyond accommodating! They let us bring in our own decor and cake, have a craft station, and everyone paid their own bar bill, it was perfection! There was no pressure to spend a certain amount and it felt genuinely like the best place in Manhattan you could ever host a party.

I Went here for my birthday in September!! I called in for a reservation last minute the week of for 13 people and the owner was so nice. He accommodated all of us and gave us such a great service! We had a great time overall! The food was so delicious. The vibes were just right great spot to come hang out, chill and sip with your friends. I will surely be coming back again!!

We celebrated my dog Tobi’s 5th birthday at Avoca yesterday, and honestly, it was such a great experience. We were a group of five plus three dogs, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They even brought out dog beds and water bowls for the pups, which I thought was the sweetest touch.<br><br>There was a small hiccup when we first got there, but the manager and staff handled it so well and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. By the time we sat down, we really felt welcomed.<br><br>The food was great, the vibe was nice, and the service made the whole day feel special. We’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly dog-friendly spot!

We had a great time as Avoca. It’s been a local spot that’s been open for a few years but this was our first time going.<br><br>Ambiance: We sat outside as the weather was really nice and Avoca has great outdoor seating. We sat in the front - they have a nice section where you can feel like you’re part of the street crowd but also semi private. Note: They also have a garden patio in the back in case front seating is full.<br><br>Food/Drinks: We got mocktails and NA beer. I loved that the menu clearly stated which cocktails could be made into a mocktail. They were also willing to work with our flavor profile and make us a mocktail based on what we wanted.<br>For food, we got the fried mushroom. It was pretty good and the sauce was a nice compliment for it. I do wish the mushroom was cut to smaller sizes - it would have allowed for less breading and a crispier fry. We also got the curry cauliflower - unfortunately, it was disappointing for us. It felt way too sour and there wasn’t a lot of flavor to it other than that. The truffle fries were really good and a great snack.<br><br>Service: Everyone was friendly and nice. We sat there for about 3 hours and they didn’t rush us. They came and checked on us often.<br><br>Price: Everything was reasonable priced. Mocktails were about $10 which I think is a fair price. Love this place! 10 out of 10 highly recommend! Food is great, the server was so lovely and the owner himself comes out to greet you! We did bottomless and it was def worth it. Green machine drink is so good if you like coconut,

First of all Giovanni was AMAZING as our waiter! The food was fresh and extremely tasteful. I had the scallops with the butternut risotto and I was so impressed by the risotto alone! Definitely coming back for bottomlesss dinner!!!

The food and drinks were phenomenal. Our server, Giovanni, gave us fantastic recommendations. I ended up getting the seared scallops that he recommended and it's now one of my favorite dishes ever. Giovanni is also such a funny and charismatic person. Will definitely come back again.
