We picked up our trays of food tonight. We enjoyed everything .<br>It was prepared perfectly….We had the fried rice, hibachi noodles, filet mignon, chicken, shrimp and vegetable trays ..the salad was fresh and delicious with the lemon orange and hibachi ginger dressings. Wow…so delicious ….<br>Everything was cooked perfectly and there was ample amount in each tray…so glad we decided on this restaurant… A big thank you to Arirang…

Very good spot to celebrate your birthday. Food is great and service is amazing. Will be coming back. Jesus was very attentive and gave us great advice on the food items.

Portions are generous, so you definitely leave full.<br><br>Service was solid overall — attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out in a timely manner. Drinks were also well made, which adds to the experience.<br><br>Overall, Arirang is a go-to spot if you’re looking for good hibachi, a fun atmosphere, and consistent food quality. It’s not just dinner — it’s part dinner, part show, and always a good time.

We had such a good time! Our server Jason was attentive and did a great job. Affa was our chef and he was very entertaining and the food was delicious!! I highly recommend. Come early though if you don't want to wait.

We had such a wonderful experience at Arirang, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Joseph. Dining out with three kids can sometimes feel stressful, but Joseph made it completely enjoyable for us and our friends from start to finish.<br><br>He was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, always checking in at just the right moments. He was also so patient and kind with our kids, which made a big difference in helping us relax and actually enjoy our meal. His polite, friendly attitude really stood out, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.<br><br>Service like his is rare, and it truly elevated our visit. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking to sit in Joseph’s section again!

First time here surprised hubby our birthdays today and we had a great time the cook was very interactive.From the time you walk in you are greeted so well and their is no wait.Its nice to see families here together and couples celebrating events. Jackie is awesome!!! Wu our cook was so great! Kenny and Mike are great managers. Definetly will travel a long way to come here!And all the staff are so accommodating and attentive! We will continue to celebrate all our celebrations here !

John was an absolute dog, guy has serious heart and grit. Made this one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had for my birthday. Opened up my world about the backyard parties during the summer when the weather gets better. He deserves all good things coming his way.

Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Every bite was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. You can tell real care goes into the ingredients and presentation. The service was just as impressive — attentive without being overbearing. I’m already planning my next visit. 10/10.

When we first arrived, they seated us at a very crowded table, which made it hard to enjoy the show or even have a conversation. We asked if they could move us, and thankfully the staff was understanding and quickly found us a much better seat. After that, everything improved.<br>The food was super delicious — fresh, well‑seasoned, and cooked perfectly right in front of us. The chef had great energy, the portions were generous, and there was no wait time at all, which is rare for hibachi. Once we were settled at the new table, the whole experience felt smooth, fun, and worth the visit. Would I come back? Yes, absolutely.

I have usually gone to arirang in Bay Ridge but this time around we came to the location in Staten Island, and I have to say I’m obsessed- so spacious so much more open and easily helped us fit our stroller They were super accommodating with a highchair and able to move our seats around to make sure that our party was perfectly accommodated with our infant. Of course the food is always delicious so that’s a plus. Service was excellent!!

First time here , celebrating my aunts birthday. This place is amazing . The food is so good. If you have allergies they are super careful . The bathrooms are very clean and nice .<br>Our chef was amazing : Guzman!! He was funny and a very good chef.<br>Tonight was very busy and our Waiter was able to keep up with 3-4 hibachis and was running around and still never forgot anything and was on top of things: shout out to our waiter : Jesus . He was amazing and so nice and polite :)<br><br>Make sure you stay for the ice cream ! Totally worth it :)

Came for a birthday party and it was awesome! Great food, ambience, servers, waiters, bartenders and overall awesome experience!! Will be back to do another party or just to have dinner with other people! Great night… thank you!!! 🙂

Tasty hibachi, quiet chef<br><br>Our family had a hibachi dinner at Arirang on Staten Island in August 2025 for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious and well-cooked, with a couple of exceptions. The chicken added as an option to the fried rice was clearly precooked, pulled from some container, and tasted pretty bad. The rice and veggies were somewhat over salted by the excess of soy sauce.<br>Our chef wasn’t very entertaining. He did a couple of standard tricks and focused mainly on cooking, which he very well. However, I’ve seen much better performances at Arirang in the past, and we saw chefs at other tables delivering far more fun. We came to celebrate my birthday. First time trying this hibachi restaurant. The show was entertaining and the chef was funny. The service provided was good. The waiter was attentive and polite. The food was delicious and the portions were big. We couldn’t finish our sets and had to take them away. I was suggested to join their loyalty program and was able to redeem my birthday discount today. It’s an amazing experience dining here. Will definitely come again to try other things on the menu.
