Manager Felicia pay attention!!!!!! If you go to this Applebees location the server you want is Kyla. She is absolutely astounding. Her attention to details and to us as guest didn’t go unnoticed. Her attitude and ambience truly made me smile. I can feel she’s truly here to take care of all guest. Having her as our server truly made our experience better. Kyla deserves a raises pronto or even a promotion!!! Don’t let her kind acts of service go unnoticed!!!! Please visit this location it won’t disappoint!!!

I genuinely love it here as a first time consumer here. The service and food is great and our server, Kyla was very cooperative and sweet I definitely recommend her to everyone. Overall this Applebees definitely should have a higher rating than it has.

Anna was a delight to have as my waitress. She was very kind, fulfilled all of my allergen request without judgement, and was agile when it came to brining the food back to my table. The restaurant would simply be at a loss if it weren’t for this amazing employee.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our waitress Anna deserves one! She was very kind and on top of everything during our meal. She made sure our order was correct and delicious, brought anything we asked for quickly, and had a really positive attitude throughout our entire time there. Amazing customer service! We would definitely return again.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s with my family! Our waitress Anna was amazing from the moment we sat down. She was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. She checked on us often, made sure our drinks stayed full, and that everything came out right. The food came out quick and everything tasted great.<br><br>Anna had such a positive attitude and really made our family dinner feel even more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s always nice to have a server who is kind, patient, and cares about the table. We really appreciated her service and would definitely come back!

My mom and I came for the $15.99 all you can eat! The food came out a bit slow, but after talking to the manager - he mentioned there was a shift change and short staff. What made our experience better was our waitress BELLA!! She’s so sweet and took care of us while our food was delayed. Thanks girl!!

The experience was 10/10 because of the server, Kiearra. She was very patient and extremely polite. Me and my family had a great time. The food was fresh and delicious. She made sure we were okay throughout the night, that’s what I call customer service. Kiearra deserves a raise or even better a higher position.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to our server Anna. From the moment we sat down, she stayed attentive with us throughout the whole night. She helped us with recommendations and we enjoyed every single dish. We will definitely be coming back thanks to her great service!

Had a really great experience at Applebee’s! From the moment I sat down, my server, Anna, made me feel genuinely welcome. She was friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu well. Instead of just taking the order, she took the time to suggest a few options based on what I was in the mood for — which I really appreciated.<br><br>I ended up going with the chicken quesadilla she recommended, and it did not disappoint — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just the right portion. You can tell when someone actually cares about your experience, and Anna definitely did.<br><br>The service overall was fast, smooth, and professional without ever feeling rushed. Drinks were refilled on time, everything came out quickly, and the whole visit felt relaxed and enjoyable.<br><br>It’s little things like this that make a place stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to get Anna as a server again!

Her service is always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind.<br>Kiara makes us feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment we sit down. Everything is always on time, smooth, and handled with care. On Saturday, January 17, I came in for breakfast. Everything was fine — I was just minding my business, eating my food, and drinking coffee. The restaurant was almost empty, and I understand how service works with waiters, but the waitress kept coming up to me saying “check or card,” clearly trying to make me leave. I really love this place, which makes this experience especially disappointing.

The food was amazing! Josh was an amazing waiter who served us so quickly and was so patient with our big group of 13! He was very friendly and made jokes with us at 12AM! Made our experience so much better, loved it and my steak was amazingly cooked medium rare!

Waited a while for a waitress to even come to place an order for drinks. Ended up putting in the order for 3 kids meals with the drinks. We expected the kids meals to come way before we got other meals. Waited a while again for her to come back to place the order for the adult meals. Asked to switch out Cole slaw for broccoli and we were told we couldn't. Never had an issue with that before.<br><br>Some food came later. Forgot literally half of the meals. Ordered 6 meals. Only brought 3 adult meals. Waitress came to check on us. We had to ask for the other 3 kids meals and we were told there was a "problem in the kitchen just now." She was very polite about it all. We ended up splitting one of the adult meals to satisfy the kids in the meantime. Chicken fingers were VERY overcooked, almost burnt. Fries were cold. It was hard to eat them.<br><br>We didn't see the waitress again until we were done our meal. She showed back up smelling like pot. It was so bad, it made me sick. Being allergic to pot, she's lucky I didn't request to speak to a manager. When you work with the public, you can't do that stuff on your break and not expect someone to notice. You need to be careful. We definitely won't be back to this place. Time for some Tylenol, Pepto, and Benedryl. 🤦‍♀️🤮

My server Kyla absolutely deserves this review. From the second I sat down, she brought such warm, positive energy that it completely made my night. She was on top of everything, friendly, attentive, and made me feel taken care of.<br><br>She checked in on me a couple of times. You can tell she takes pride in her job because everything she did felt thoughtful, not forced. Even with the restaurant being busy, she handled every table with patience and a smile.<br><br>She recommended me the sirloin on the menu and it was delicious. It’s rare to find someone who makes dining out feel personal, but she really did. Her kindness, professionalism, and amazing attitude made my experience 100% better.

Dear Applebee's,<br>This isn’t easy to say because we once shared something special. You had a certain charm, a familiarity that made me want to come back again and again. But recently, it feels like you've changed—or maybe you just let yourself go.<br>Your service used to be warm, attentive, but now it’s become a quiet indifference. The way you barely notice us in your half-empty dining room, leaving us waiting for our order for what feels like an eternity—thirty minutes or more—has grown painfully normal. When the food finally arrives, it’s often cold and lacking the excitement it once had. Mistakes in our orders, and even finding strange things in the plate, have become unwelcome surprises I can no longer overlook.<br>I tolerated this all because there was one thing that held us together—The Really Big Meal Deal. That deal was our bridge, our shared secret that made the flaws seem forgivable. It was the reason I still came back, hoped for better, and gave you the benefit of the doubt.But now that it's gone, that last thread has snapped. Without it, this relationship feels like a fading echo of what once was. You chose this path, and I respect your decision, but I must admit, it's time for me to move on. There's no blame here, just an acknowledgment that what we had no longer fits.I wish you well, Applebee's. May you find new ways to reconnect with those who care.<br>Goodbye.
