Brenda was our server. She was attentive, polite, and helped our group as soon as we sat down. The restaurant was clean, the food was good, and everything came out hot and ready to eat.

From walking in and interacting with the rudest host being a girl with braces and pink and blonde braids down to the food. I walked in and requested a booth because I had a two year old with me and it would’ve been incredibly convenient, she stated they were busy so it might not be possible which is obviously 100% understandable until she then decides to sit me, my mother and nephew down at a table with two chairs and proceeds to clean a booth right next to us for two people that arrived after us. For obvious reasons that was fairly annoying considering my previous request. I went up and politely asked if she could sit us on the other side in one of the MANY open booths and she rolled her eyes and said “we’re busy so maybe give me a second” THEN proceeded to be on her phone for like 10 min before asking a coworker to clean and seat us at the booth. Later on as a family was leaving she told them to get home safe then her coworker walked up and mentioned how she didn’t have the best experience with that family and the host with the braces and pink and blonde braids said “actually don’t get home safe” and they giggled which was insanely rude. Our server was super sweet though (I just don’t remember her name). Unfortunately the food was also pretty cold but we didn’t make a big deal out of it, overall it wasn’t the best experience but the dessert was yum thanks.🙂‍↕️

I just ordered food through delivery and the half rack ribs I ordered are burnt and dry and I tried chewing and hurt my teeth. I spent $50 on food that I can't eat. I'm so upset.

Kudos to this location Maria B., Daniella, and Joelene ensured my husband and I were warmly greeted at the door. They promptly sat and served us. The food was tasty and the service was even better. Our server ensured our orders were accurately taken and served with a smile. I would love to see these individuals recognized for their work ethic.

The staff were courteous and professional. Special shout out to the hostes who held the door for us on our way out (we've had a couple of canes among us and she didn't hesitate to lend a hand); wish I asked her name. Nyasia was our server; she was super sweet and professional. The manager dropped by to check on us. The food was pretty good overall. I highly recommend the bourbon chicken and shrimp dish, and their mashed potatoes are on point.

we went to Applebee's for a child's birthday. We were a party of 8.<br>Our waitresses name was Nyaisia. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure we were taken care of in the best manner possible.<br>She was kind, prompt, and very attentive to our needs as well as her other customers.<br>We will be sure to ask for her again.<br>May I also say that the staff was also wonderful.<br>Thank you Nyaisia for making<br>a little girls birthday even more special.

Marley the bartender was very warm and personable to my friend and I. We appreciate that she was on her bar tender shift, while serving us. We love her beautiful smile, her laughter and her thoughtfulness. We look forward to returning soon. We reallyyyyy miss that the manger Trayvon wasn’t on this shift 😩

I usually ONLY come when the Bartender Ebony is there.<br>(Which I highly recommend for everyone else..Sun~Wed After 5pm😉)<br>It is SURE to be a well worth it visit ! She is takes & modifies orders efficiently. She prepares the cocktails beautifully & sufficiently.<br>And also has a beautifully welcoming personality that makes you feel like friends 😊

4.2.26-- My friend and I visited this establisment,we hadn't been to this location in about 20 years.<br>The most outstanding thing to share about this chain establishment was the very friendly,polite & professional waiter David. He was very accommodating & pleasant.<br>The food was average at best..The premium long island ice tea was watery & absent of alcohol..<br>It was sent back,as was the pinot that my friend commented was flat & stale.<br>Keep up the great work David

I wouldn't know how the food and atmosphere is like because we never made it past the front. Looks like management didn't show up tonight or they may,be stuck in the kitchen. The crew of hostess (young man and young woman) seemed to have a lot on their hands...seating people cleaning tables and sweeping floors. They looked like their intent was good but their service needs training. When asked how long for a table, "when someone leaves and we clean the table and then you can sit" isn't a very hospitable response. I got up with my family after waiting almost 30 mins and grabbed Popeyes instead. Big Props to the team at Applebee's @ Terminal Market. I've seen the Terminal Market team extremely short staffed on a Friday with tables turning over quickly and efficiently and I still received better service.

I arrived and the first bartender had no interest serving me. I’m sorry I was such an inconvenience. As I was dining, on perfectly good quesadillas, shift change occurred; the new bartender was only focused on one thing: closing time. 10pm on New Year’s Eve, which meant being exasperated when anyone wanted a drink or food at 9:15pm. Other workers insisted on SINGING as they moved around. Just because there’s music playing, does not mean you need to sing or wiggle your body around to it. Be professional. It was apparently decided they were done serving by 9:25, and my overcharged bill was presented to me. The food was good; it’s a shame the bartenders had no interest in their customers. If I weren’t an honest person, I could’ve slipped out numerous times without paying, as the bar was left unattended for 5-10 minutes at a time. I’d have tipped but seeing as they can’t count and charged me for 3 extra drinks than what I had… no thanks.

I haven’t gone to Applebees in a while so I decided to have on this day seance me and my son where out shopping but that when our day went wrong. We asked for a 2 stakes medium well and it came out extra well done . The blacken salmon what not hitting right. I paid 90 and we did not eat everything the only thing good was the wanton tacos and the onion rings Sorry to say but I will not recover this place anymore

The entire experience tonight was shitty! The young man that greeted us was the only positive for the night. When we sat down, servers were discussing a discount a manager gave a customer, why did this upset them to the point they found it necessary to be discussing it in earshot of customers? I didn’t know Applebees paid their servers a commission. Second red flag, a gentleman exited the restroom and kindly asked his server for utensils and he (the server) responded politely but then got behind my table to say “What’s with all the attitude bro, it’s not that deep.” Mind you the customer was not even asking in a bad manner or tone. My server brought food, no utensils and immediately moved on to the other table, when I asked her for utensils she gave me the finger and said I’d have to wait. Why would you bring food and no utensils, should we be made to eat with our hands? There was no apology, just a finger and you have to wait. Whoever manages this place needs to train their employees.

I took my family here for a nice dinner but most of the food was mid and truly we did not have a good experience at all. Especially traveling from Florid and frequently eating at all Applebees, I was truly disappointed in the food and the service from the manager. Once we walked in, I asked for a table of 6 and unfortunately the whole party did not arrive yet. We were told we couldn’t get a table until the whole party arrived, which was understandable. Once the whole party was here, they were fixing the table for us but the bust boy kept walking around and talking as we were waiting for 15+. Once we sat down, things got worse. I attached photos of my and my family meals . My 3 family members and I ordered the double crunch shrimp meal and (photos attached) once we received it, it was tempura shrimp and not what was listed on the menu. The shrimp was cold and they just said the manager ordered the wrong shrimp and didn’t offer anything for us until I complained so much, that they switched one of the meals. We waited so long for white claws, which is crazy. They gave us pretzels that were so over salted that it was not edible. I would not recommend coming here to this location. For $25 plus for each person was not worth it. Use the money towards chilis or somewhere else. The only good thing was sitting at the bar before and getting full attention of the bar tender

Was shopping in the local area and was thinking of going to Panera or the diner down the road.<br><br>We picked Applebees and loved the experience because it wasn’t too packed. Our server Zyeire was excellent and checked up on our table every so often. He was very friendly and down to earth, loved the fact he could take a joke and joke back. Basically a common person like us, we’ve had servers that will serve with a long face and we feel like they dont want to do their job. Zyeire went above and beyond, very happy with his service.<br><br>Food was excellent according to my parents and my wife. I personally loved my platter, spicy but excellent !<br><br>Will definitely be coming back here. Very happy with everything overall.
