D-wayne was awesome, however we was never offered water, we waited 38 min for just our drink and 40 for our food, the spinach dip lacked any season, It taste like the water I desperately need, but the water tasted like motel 8 tap water.. but drink came out taste just like juice. and Cj said it taste like the sea

I like this location better than the others. My servers are usually great that's because I always pick my go too servers. Overall good experience

5-27-26<br>So, I heard about the all you can eat so naturally I came to enjoy. I brought my elderly mother with me. The host want to seat us far, had us walk through a lot of empty tables, but had no problem when I asked for something closer so my mom can sit closer to the exit. Because she has a cane and the less walking she has to do the better. I ordered the all you can eat, and she ordered the burger. My first round i ordered the boneless wings. Now Niair my server comes and tells me, my food was done. But did I want to wait for the burger to be ready or did I prefer to have him bring it right away. I choose the the ladder because I was hungry and did not like cold food. But the chicken and fries were luke warm. I was very mad about that, but I did not make a fuss because I could have whatever I wanted. So I choose the ribs next. Everything was going great, I was even talking about getting the triple melt for dessert, until I realized the ribs were RAW. Niair quickly removed the plate to have them retire another one but,<br>The discovery destroyed my appetite. I didn't even want dessert. The manager came over and I showed her the picture of the raw meat. She blamed the company who produced the rib, stating it was supposed to come already cook. She asked if I wanted anything else. I was starving but I couldn't bring myself to order anything else. So I told her I only want her to go in the kitchen and do some food quality control because warm and raw food is the worst experience to have in a restaurant. She took it off my bill. Everyone was pleasant but I came for food and left starving. It is because of that I will not be back.

A special thanks to the bartender Val...you are amazing. Running the bar and restaurant alone and so calm. Great atmosphere, clean, friendly staff and surprisingly nice.

The restaurant was decorated beautifully for the holidays — it felt cozy and festive the moment we walked in. Unfortunately, the food really missed the mark for us. However, the service was phenomenal. Our server Shane was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to take care of us. The hostess, Mehak (I believe that was her name), was also very warm and welcoming when we arrived. Even though the food was disappointing, the wonderful service from Shane and Mehak truly stood out and made the experience much better.

11/22/25<br>2 stars - Only because the bartender was sweet.<br>I tried the 2 for $25 at Applebee's in Black Acres (aka Green Acres) and it was a huge disappointment. I've eaten at the Westbury location before and it was good, but this location? No thank you.<br>We usually go to TGI Fridays and decided to switch it up. Bad idea.<br>We sat at the bar, and honestly the bartender was the highlight of the whole visit. Sweet, funny, and she must've called me 10 different pet names in an hour. Loved her energy.<br>The food? Not the same story.<br>My sister's mozzarella stick was the only thing that tasted right.<br>I cheated on my usual bone-in chicken and ordered boneless--NEVER again. It was greasy, heavy garlic parm, and just plain bad.<br>The grilled cheese burger tasted like they slapped it together and threw it on the grill. No seasoning, no flavor.<br>The tomato soup was also a miss. The food may look good jn my photos, but it wasn't good. It was four in my party and no one finished there food.<br>Needless to say, I won't be back.<br>TGI Fridays 2 for $20 stays undefeated--better taste, better quality, every single time.

The food from my to go order was burnt. That affected the eating experience because I couldn't taste the flavors of the menu description. I only tasted the taste of burnt food chicken to be exact. Please hire and ensure that the cook cares to ensure the food is great tasting.

Excellent service and great atmosphere!<br><br>I had a wonderful experience at Applebee’s. The food was fresh and delicious, and the place was clean and welcoming. A special<br>thank you to Jasmine and Shane for their kindness and professionalism ; they were very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect during our visit.<br><br>I really appreciate their great service and positive attitude. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently. I’ll be coming back soon!

Okay so this location gave us a great experience, I posted in my 1 star review of another location. This was the total opposite. We went inside and someone greeted us with a smile and kind words as soon as they saw us. They got us a table and sat us down in under 2 minutes. They told us the name of our server STEPH. They gave us the menus and napkins and 1 minute later Steph came and told us she will give us a minute to look at the menu and she will be back. She came back took our order made the dining experience amazing. The service was quick, food was great, drink were given quick. Steph came back to make sure everything was great a few times during our time there. I am so THANKFUL to the hiring person as they did an amazing job hiring the staff that was there yesterday june 25th. We came here since at the other location we had such a horrific time were we did not get any service at all. THANKS AGAIN !!

Horrible .<br>Seated after 10 minutes standing at the door by the manager, she was the only person with a blue shirt. Seated in a section that no one else was in. We waited over 30 minutes multiple servers walked by didn’t acknowledge us at all, we waved someone down and asked if anyone had planned to serve us. It become a huge argument amongst all the servers saying it’s not there section basically to bad. Finally someone decided to take our order, and that came out another half hour later. Food was not up to even decent standards, meat was super over cooked the salmon and steaks that were ordered. We ate because we had been out all day this was our first meal! No one checked on us the entire time. We waited some more, tried to get the server’s attention but he just walked by for our bill no one came. I am against using the new technology because why am I doing your job? Not speaking to a human, no service but expecting tip is insane ! I paid even though the bill seemed higher then it should be, and at that point we were so exhausted and disappointed we wanted to leave! After calculating when we left it sure was over . It was 7 dollars over the actual bill amount including tax, which means they probably added their own UNDESERVING TIP ! You see the picture ! Clearly that doesn’t add up ! My bill should have been 68.61 where did 76.59 come from? And that is full details doesn’t show anything else .. nowhere does it say tip included either ! And I’m all for tipping , when given amazing service ! But this was not a good experience at all!<br>Please train your staff to greet people kindly, apologize for their mistakes, try to fix mistakes, offer something to fix the mistakes, don’t make a fuss in front of paying customers, always be kind and courteous to others. Check in on your guest to make sure their experience is going well ! And absolutely do not over charge them when you have done zero to deserve it. I myself have worked in food industry for years. I get paid my wage for a reason, I don’t depend on tips to survive and the tips I get are well deserved because I make sure my customers experience is amazing!

We are very disappointed with our food. We said to have our steak medium well, and it came very well done. The chicken burger should have double cheese, and it came without it. The honey bbq ribs taste old. Nothing the same as the other branch we went to. We spoke to the manager about it. His seems nice to offer us to change it, but we didn't bother. I could have given zero star, but we like the other branch. It's just that we can not recommend this branch.

I went for the lunch special. 14 bucks for all you can eat. There is a large selection. They have baked and fried fish. Chicken, pizza, desserts, rice and plenty to choose from. I can make it through two plates. I usually get veggies, rice, something from the salad bar and enjoy their pizza.<br><br>My only complaint is the food is salty. Be careful!

We came a little early like around 12pm, we where probably like the firts customer of the day with the family, I was enjoying my food a lot, drinks were great, I tried a 1 dollar drink. It was ok. No complaint. Also ordered a perfect patron margarita and I have to say it. It was really perfect. Food was great. The chef on this day was amazing. Flavors change on different locations. But here it was were you want it. We just had a little incident and the had to evacuate the entire mall. So we had to leave I called back and manager said don't worry. It was an evacuation. That's cool. Thank you so much
