Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Shortly after we sat down, the male waiter told us the drinks were “horrible” and watered down and suggested we go to a BBQ restaurant across the street instead. He then loudly asked, “Who is paying the bill?” while we were seated near the check-in desk with staff standing directly in front of us.<br>Within five minutes of us being seated, staff removed the tablet from our table, taking away the option to order or play games, which felt presumptive and inappropriate.<br>No kids menu was provided, and we had to raise our voices to get assistance.<br>We were seated downstairs at the end of a row of booths along the main walkway. Despite other open tables, guests were repeatedly seated directly behind us, making it feel like we were being rushed out. Our food was also carried downstairs past incoming guests on an open serving tray, which did not feel hygienic.<br>The chicken and mozzarella sticks tasted like dish soap and were inedible.<br>Overall, the service felt dismissive and unwelcoming. The waiter was visibly sweating heavily during the interaction, which added to the discomfort. I left feeling uncomfortable and will not return.
