Alexa Marie brought the vibes. I came here for my granddaughter‘s fourth birthday and had the best time. Thank you so much Alexa Marie for your awesome hospitality. My grandchildren were being fussy over the menu and Alexa helped them pick a selection to their menu crisis. (Little Sarah went with the chicken fingers, she ate every bite!)

I had an awesome experience thanks to Andrea and the management team. Andrea was extremely attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She stayed on top of everything even when it got busy and kept a great attitude the whole time. Sarah and Megan were both professional, welcoming, and clearly run a great team. You can tell they care about customer service and creating a great atmosphere. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had — I’ll absolutely be coming back!!

By far the Best Applebees in Staten Island.The Staff is friendly with Amazing Customer Service, including great food and drinks you couldn’t ask for a better experience. Pricing is fair and THEY ARE OPEN LATE… TELL ANDREA I sent you!!!! Ask for John the waiter he’s absolutely Amazing!!!!

I haven’t been to this location in a very long time, I was served by Rita. She was very busy however still managed to craft me a delicious old fashioned! Food came out very prompt and may I say the service was just wonderful. Rita is very pleasant and you can tell she is well experienced at her job<br>Will be returning !

Came with my family. The food was good cause it came out hot. The waitress was actually really great. Super sweet and helpful, we had CT. Would definitely go back. Seems like one of the nicer Applebee's I've been to eat at.

Come here once a month. Without fail, the place is freezing, service starts greats and slows down. Even when there is 3 full tables. But still come since my senior father likes it. Today we came without him. Our waitress today was great. From the beginning she answer all our questions and was helpful. She ask if we were doing good. Very attentive. Shout out to Daniela. Ask for her, she is great! I think i will try to go there more than once a month<br>Sometimes is the people that make the atmosphere great. She did!

We had to leave a review specifically because of Brianna—she is hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had. We actually followed her from another restaurant because that’s how good she is, and she still exceeds our expectations every single time.<br><br>Brianna is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about her customers. She always checks in at the perfect times, keeps everything running smoothly, and makes the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. What really stands out is how amazing she is with kids—patient, warm, and engaging, which makes such a difference when dining as a family.<br><br>It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond, but Brianna does it effortlessly. She’s a huge reason we keep coming back, and any restaurant is lucky to have her.<br>With the closing of the Charleston location we will continue to patronize just for her alone<br>Applebees should be proud they have!

I had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to Jon, our waiter. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. He checked in at the right times, kept our drinks filled, and made sure our food came out just how we wanted it.<br><br>Jon had a great attitude and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable without ever being overbearing. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome.<br><br>Overall, excellent service — I’d definitely come back and hope to have Jon as my waiter again.

Staff were amazing and recommended special drinks (tipsy Cupid) which was delicious. Waitress Cait was delightful and shared many food options.<br>Very accommodating as we did not feel rushed. Enjoyed the atmosphere as there was a game on. Been to a few Applebee on the island, highly recommend this location.

Terrible experience!! Went there with my 4 year old daughter! We waited in the waiting area for 30 minutes before we got seated not because it was crowded but because the seating lady was running her mouth with her friend instead of working ( while we sat there for 30 minutes) two groups of people came waited for ten minutes in left. Once the lady remembered she had me waiting there for 30 minutes she came apologizing with a smile. Then sat us. We waited for another 30 minutes before I told my daughter don’t ever let an establishment treat her like this and spend your hard earned money if they do. So we left and will never be returning!! Shoutout to chilis!!! Waaaay better establishment

nastiest bathrooms I’ve ever seen and the management there is a joke. no hate to the waitstaff or bartenders, they’re all very nice. I’m specifically talking about the management who tried telling me my ID is AI generated when I’m a 23 year old woman… gtfo 😭

I’ve been to this location a few times and this will be my spot with my sister thanks to Rita S. Don’t sleep on her because she is amazing with her service. She is awesome when it comes to explaining throughly when questions that were asked. Her warm welcome, bright smile and positive attitude really makes the dining experience here well worth it. Honestly with her working the floor, bar and host she does very well. The food we ordered here was the ultimate trio and it was very filling for a lunch. Also, delicious. Rita really deserves a raise for everything she does. Thank you again Rita!!

Every time I come into the Staten location-I have such an amazing experience. queen the Caribbean bartender is the sweetest! And he accent is mesmerizing. We ended up talking about where my family was from( Jamaica ) and all. Everything I ordered came out hot and cooked to my liking. Keep up the great work and I’ll definitely be back.

The service provided by Jon is reflective of what exemplary service looks like; he's warm, friendly, considerate, and demonstrated continued strong work ethics while taking care of as many diners as he possibly can. His service alone elevated the entire dining experience and I have nothing but respect and appreciation for his perfect service. I got the two entree and appetizer deal for 25 bucks, which is a steal considering a single dish ranges from 16-25 already. The artichoke dip was very creamy but not overly rich, whereas the burger was perfectly toasted and the black pepper sauce was incredibly decadent! Highly recommend coming here for a calm and simple yet fairly priced meal!<br><br>Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:
