Applebee's Grill + Bar

My partner and my friend came in around 9 we each ordered a main course and big drinks. My partner orders the $15.99 All You Can Eat Mix and Match we were all finished eating and about 20 minutes passed while we are sitting here with empty plates, my partner obviously wanted to order a second course from the all you can eat and it just seemed like staff tried everything they could do to avoid letting us get the second order. It is almost 11 already before they finally bring out the second course. Just felt a little annoyed .

I had the worst experience in here.<br>It’s took about 15 mins for us to be addressed by a waitress, another 15 for our drinks to come, when the drinks arrived, it was the wrong drink. It took 50 mins for the food to come. There were multiple times that there was no waitress present on the floor, and I never once seen a manager. I’m completely disappointed. It was so unprofessional in here. I asked for a cup and the manager himself fransico forgot to bring it

Service here was not good today. Took a while to be seated which was fine but there was no host. We just stood in the doorway until someone arrived after 10 minutes to ask if we’re dining in.<br><br>Got seated, ordered drinks and a kids meal along with appetizers. The kids meal came out, the appetizer shortly after. No drinks. We wait for the server to come she brings 2 drinks but forgot the kids meal drink. We reminded her after 5 minutes of waiting for her to come around.<br><br>We asked about eh Don Julio bucket and were told they didn’t have it but then we saw her walk by with the bucket she said they didn’t have to bring to another table. Strange.<br><br>Eventually we just wanted the check to leave because service was poor. We didn’t even bother ordering entrees. We requested the check and noticed a drink we never got (Pepsi) was on the bill. She offered to take it off.<br><br>I don’t believe in not tipping but today I strongly considered it. I still tipped 18% despite the awful service. We won’t be returning unfortunately.<br><br>I understand that it can be busy and easy to forget things, but I’ve gone to busier locations and haven’t had to ask for the same things more than once. Bad day I guess.

Server was great and attentive. Food was delicious and hot. Not necessarily fast. We went around 2:30 in a Tuesday so the atmosphere was great with about 8 tables.

I must say after having a really ruff week. I went into Applebee's on 225th street managed by Steven . Not only was the food delicious. The service was great. My phone was dieing and Anthony let me use his portable charger. Was service by 2 experienced waitress please excuse me i dont know their title. But they both attended to me and made me feel comfortable and pleased with my choice of having dinner here tonight. Thank you team for making my day better.

When I first walked in it smelled like wet towels. Then I had to wait 8-10 mins to be seated. The couch looked a lil worn out but it's ok cause that tends to happen. They took a reasonable amount to take our order. And the food was the only best part of the whole experience but at first I didn't wanna eat it remembering the smell I smelt when I first walked in. And they didn't give me any paper towels so I had to ask.(Applebee's u need to start having napkins set for the table when the customer first walks in or when the plates come out.) And then we had to wait over 40 mins for the bill.

I always sit at the bar if I come in before running errands, always pleasant experience bartenders are always nice Natalia and Paola. They have a good happy hour, love the wonton chicken tacos!

Not a bad place to get together for a younger crowd. The music is a little too loud and service is okay. I understand if it gets busy that you can forget but, some servers need to write things down and not leave it to memory as things are forgotten. Food was okay just a bit oily, guess it's because of the cheese 🤷‍♂️ this was the OM cheese burger.

I came with my family after a very long day at work, our server was Hanna who was great and so helpful! Eventually we were approached by the photographer who took fabulous photos of us we ended up buying 5 LOL!<br><br>Overall we had a great time, and didn't have to wait too long for service or food!

First off the waitress Vanessa B was so pathetically bad at her job. Asked for water for the table and if it was like we were asking for the star and moon. Then she proceeded to be passively aggressive towards us literally putting like 8 cups of water on the table when it was clear she as upset for asking for water. I’ve never been to a restaurant where I was spending my money to be treated so poorly. I wouldn’t come here to save myself from starvation.

My order hadn’t went through in their Applebees system and the manager was almost leaving but he still took the time to figure out why my order that was already paid was not showing up and he helped me resolve it and get my spinach dip on time, hot and ready. And as a pregnant person this goes a long way!!!! I wish I knew the manager name but it was Friday afternoon before 5pm! He wears glasses and speaks both English and Spanish.very thankful!

The spinach artichoke dip is delicious as usual. Waitress was super sweet but she forgot to place my food order so we were there way longer than we should have been. The drinks are great and sweet. This establishment is super hot in here and it's not even that cold outside yet.

I would say this is probably one of the better Applebee's I've been to. The service was great. They were providing free photos when I was there.<br>The food was good and the drinks were strong 🤘

I really like coming here for happy hour not only is the price right on the drinks but the happy hour food menu is pretty good too. The artichoke dip and the wonton tacos are delicious. I’ve also come here a couple of times for breakfast, not bad. I really wish the waitress would come around more often but they do have a tablet on the table you can also order from.

What can I say about Applebees…. A shadow of what once was a great restaurant that you could eat out on a budget. The food was bland, meat over cooked and salty. The only thing I enjoyed were the appetizers. A good experience was the staff. They were polite and on point. So no complaints there. I won’t be returning just because my money will be better spent at the grocery store.
