To be honest, I’m not a huge fan of fast food restaurants, but this food was wonderful. Their shrimp Alfredo is definitely the best thing on the menu! The staff was so sweet and understanding, especially because I didn’t know what to order. They were super helpful in helping me decide. Overall, 10/10 experience!

Uh uh!! If you think this is a regular review, this is not!!<br><br>I am extremely disgusted with the way the management is treating their staff. I was with my father and we ate there just now and they mislead us.<br><br>First, told us there was no shrimp for the AYCE. Okay, no problem, that’s no issue.<br><br>Secondly, we got shrimp when we got our food with the AYCE.<br><br>After we were done, there was an issue.<br><br>This restaurant OVERCHARGED US INDIVIDUALLY FOR EACH ENTREE!!<br><br>It should be AYCE mix & match but the waitress said it wasn’t included. Then, when I asked to speak to the manager, she then went back, then the waitress came out and said the manager was busy and then took old of these off our bill.<br><br>The manager is clearly someone who needs to be investigated. I’m absolutely disgusted. If anyone sees this, be aware!! And avoid this Applebees location at all times.<br><br>I won’t be done yet.<br><br>The hostess, the staff and bartenders are great employees but the management is clearly doing something wrong and it needs to stop!!

Stopped here since my friend and I were both very hungry, and the service was terrible, likely due to short staffing. i got a flight cocktail which was very strong but didn't taste good, and one of the drinks had a piece of hair in it. Told the server and after 5 minutes returned the drink the same drink just put in different glass, but the hair was still there. I suppose she finally listened after i told her twice. The food was okay didn't expect much it's Applebees but the service not great. Definitely not returning to this place.

Stopped by Applebee’s for a casual dinner and had a good overall experience. The food was hot, flavorful, and the portions were generous. Service was friendly and attentive, even during a busy time. It’s a solid spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family without breaking the bank. Would definitely come back

They tried to charge us for three beers we never ordered — especially strange since earlier they brought out three beers and told us they were on the house. On top of that, our bill included a few dishes that we ordered but were never actually served.<br><br>The Bourbon Street Steak and the Blackened Cajun Salmon were swimming in grease. The presentation also looked very different from the photos on the menu, which was disappointing.<br><br>There were some other issues as well: no vase or bucket available for flowers (we had to run to Target next door to buy one ourselves), not everyone received utensils, and the food took a very long time to come out.<br>There’s a code required to use the restroom, but the keypad on the door isn’t obvious and no one tells you the code. I ended up standing there for a long time thinking it was occupied.<br><br>On the positive side, the place is kid-friendly, and a few of the dishes that weren’t overly greasy were actually tasty.

Always a memorable experience. Great prices for happy hour and great weekly specials for you and the family. Let’s talk about a lively welcoming bar with interactive bartenders. Last weeks highlight goes to my bartender and server Anessa, must have been top of her bartending class cause her drink making skills definitely on point, you won’t know it’s a happy hour drink until you see the bill the taste gives full price vibes. Leon the manager masters customer service skills as he is always accommodating with a humble spirit to hear you complaints or your compliments. He deserves that title with top rank status. Then you have the front line face of your entrance Dorisol, this young lady is the hostess with the mostest. She gives off the most welcoming energy, very attentive constantly smiling and from my observation no matter how busy the restaurant gets even as she extends a helping hand to her team with table seating and setting she never misses a customers entry. I frequent this location at least twice a month and my review is based on many different experiences here.

We waited 45 mins to an hour for a burger and, wings. The burgers came out, the wings whoch was an appetizer came out after. The buffalo sauce was dry on it as if it was just sitting there for a long time

This is not the first time couriers have had to wait 40 minutes. The most frustrating part is that there is no one at the entrance the restaurant is empty, there are no customers inside, yet the order is still not ready.<br><br>Waiting 40 minutes while the place is completely empty is unacceptable. This is not a one time incident. The same situation has happened many times. It keeps repeating again and again with no improvement.<br><br>It feels like the kitchen only starts preparing the order after the courier arrives. This shows serious problems with organization and a lack of management oversight.<br><br>A 40-minute wait is excessive and unprofessional. It causes direct loss of time and income for couriers and negatively affects the restaurant’s rating.<br><br>Management must urgently look into this issue and address the staff’s performance. This problem has occurred many times and continues to happen. It needs to be fixed immediately.

Really disappointing experience here. The workers were beyond rude—constantly tutting, sighing, and acting irritated when we ordered and throughout our visit. Most of the time they were standing in the corner chatting among themselves or scrolling on their phones instead of paying attention to customers or helping anyone. They were even openly bitching about customers right in front of them, which was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable.<br><br>It took ages just to get our drinks, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally came, it didn’t even look like what we ordered. The food was very mid at best and absolutely not worth the wait. On top of that, it made us sick afterward.<br><br>Service was awful from start to finish. We asked for a takeaway box and were ignored, and we also asked for sauces and water that never arrived. Overall, the staff seemed careless, inattentive, and uninterested in doing their jobs. Definitely won’t be returning and would not recommend eating here.

I waited over 35 minutes for the order. The Hot Honey Glazed Chicken & Bacon Skillet arrived lukewarm, and the waffle fries were soggy.

They gave me 5 onion rings with my burger. A homeless man walked in and asked 3 tables for donations. No water offered. No one asked how everything was. No napkins at the table.<br><br>That's all I wanted to say.

Me and my date had Leeya as a server. She was amazing. We weren’t being serviced for the first 15 minutes of walking in and I found Leeya and she said she would take care of us no problem. Super bubbly, help us make drink choices and came to our table asking if we were okay multiple times throughout our night. Definitely look for her next time you visit!

I rarely have a bad experience and I rarely dislike an experience. The food was good but the wait time for the food was just ridiculous. Everything took about an hour to come out so the appetizers didn’t feel like appetizers anymore. The chicken tenders and fried shrimp came out at the same time as the steak which took over an hour. Even our drinks took so long to arrive which were just water and Pepsi. Service overall was really bad. Our waitress Jahzaria was sweet and did her best but the place is clearly heavily understaffed. Definitely not a smooth experience.

I am ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED that I decided to eat at this restaurant. I waited a very long time for a waiter to take my order until I called him. I waited almost half an hour for my meal, and for $20 with tax, I got a burger that consisted of half onions and half grease. Although it was called a mushroom burger, I could barely find three thin slices of mushrooms among a ton of onions. I wasn't surprised by the dry, microwaved potatoes. They brought me a straw, but no water to wash down this meal. The menu does not indicate drink prices. Although tables for two were available, I was seated at a table for four in the middle of the aisle. I would give zero stars if I could.
