Great night ! ! I would like to say Jordan is a great server and made my family’s experience Wanting to go back. Very patient and so quick! If anyone goes I recommend you ask for him!

I ordered my drink and when it came half an hour later it had a hair in it so I sent it back and asked for another to be made waited another half an hour and still no drink so I said forget it and asked for my bill. No manager came over or anything. The Exterior Street location is much better!

I had a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to your waitress, Khash. She was incredibly nice, kind, and patient throughout the entire visit. Khash was very understanding and listened carefully to everything we were saying, making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our experience enjoyable.

Love it here. Food is good and fresh, our waiter Jordan was attentive and didnt have to wait long to get our food. Also didnt rush us out. Great service and great people! 10/10

it was cool but the waiter we had was so slow and barely checked in on us and kept serving other people and disappearing and barely checking in on us.. like she barely even brung our stuff 😫 food was good though

On May 8 at approximately 10pm . My 21 YEAR OLD CHILD went to Applebees with her cousins just enjoying the weather and my 21 YEAR OLD child process to ask the waiter for a drink , she LAUGHED in their face and said she can’t get a drink being that her ID says under 21 . But MY 21 YEAR OLD child turn 21 in 2O25! Her ID does not expire untill 2032 . & it’s just simple math that could’ve been done in regards to her age to verify . She was NOT served , the employee was unprofessional & laughed in her face . Not sure of her name but it was on MAY 8 at 10 PM . At the tables near the bar on the right hand side by the doors . ! She is giving NEW EMPLOYEE cause this is my FIRST time seeing this girl & having problems at Applebees .

My server Lissa was amazing, my family and I went for dinner tonight to celebrate my husband birthday. We had such a pleasant experience with lissa we will be back soon.

Where to start…<br>I had Jordan as my waiter. Pretty attentive and provided great service; there are no complaints with him. However, I ordered spicy Buffalo wings, but they weren't spicy.

This place has fallen off tremendously. The<br>service is slow, it looks dirty, and the wings were undercooked. The POS was broken as well.

I had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to the amazing staff. Manager Richard Brown truly stands out — he’s kind, approachable, and actually present on the floor, which makes a huge difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the guests and his team.<br><br>The bartenders/servers Rosario and Jordan were excellent. Rosario is fast-paced, friendly, and super efficient, and he also makes great suggestions — from drinks to menu choices, his recommendations were spot-on and really enhanced the experience. Jordan is a fantastic bartender with great attention to detail and makes genuinely good conversation, which really elevates the atmosphere. Both of them make great drinks and clearly know what they’re doing.<br><br>Service like this is what keeps people coming back. Big thanks to the whole team for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable experience!

I am very disappointed based on the experience that me and my friend had while going to Applebees today. The host(Kai) was very kind, respectful and sweet. When i went to ask her how many minutes it was going to take for us to be sat, and she was talking to us. There was a server named Mary storming towards the host stand and was very upset about the hostess not telling the costumers about them not having burgers. I felt like it was a little weird because how do you guys not have burgers ?? But anyways, to keep this short, she was very disrespectful to the host and I also felt like it was unprofessional for her to do it in front of customers too. I asked the host if she was okay and she said that she was but I felt really bad. Every time I see this particular host, she always has a smile on her face, keeps the conversations going, do her best to make me and my friend happy or comfortable,and sit us in a fast pace.

Order # 40819441288822798<br>Made an online order at 7:04pm<br>Arrived at the restaurant around 7:25 (the same time the order was estimated to be complete.<br><br>I arrived, asked for the order, and the desk lady said to please allow her 5 minutes. I said, “Sure, no problem.”<br><br>It is now 7:35pm. I asked for an update, and a gentleman said, “Yes, Pamela’s order, we are just waiting for the drinks.”<br><br>Time passes: 7:45 pm, 7:55 pm, “still waiting for the drinks.”<br>Mind you, there are multiple people at the corner of the bar making jokes and laughing.<br>At that point, the best option was to request a refund. If you are looking to stop by or do a pickup order, please think twice and find somewhere else.<br><br>Go to a place where customer service is provided.<br><br>And no, a courtesy was not provided either.<br>You can hear the same employees complaining about the bad service as well.

Golly, stepped in here rear quick to grab a drink while waiting on a train. Mind you I had 30plus mins, just enough for one beer. I walk in go straight to the bar and its not crowded, however the bartender was heavily distracted, some spots were people had clearly eaten and left was not cleaned up. Now I ordered a beer, saw that it was filled and sitting there but bar tender left the drink to go make another one and have a side convo. For 10 minutes, no kidding, I was legit looking at the beer glass FULL 😄, I was just dumbfounded tbh. Ok so I get my drink and immediately just pay as I know this will be another 20 min process. Don't get me wrong bar tender was nice, positive attitude ect, but very easily distracted.

Took my daughter for Dinner, The Service was good, Almost felt Over looked but the server was kind enough to let me know to Use the Digital menu If I needed extra items and To Pay. The food this time around was Good Except for the Four Cheese Mac and Cheese with Honey Pepper chicken Tenders, that had 2 pieces that was so Hard and unable to chew except the third piece was pretty good. The Bangin Burger was Great, and The Cinnabon Swirls was pretty good , You get a decent amount for $11

Service is horrible and wait time is crazy most nights from 6pm - closing time. The waiters always take forever to take your order. Food also takes a while to come out as well. I think this is mainly due to being understaffed. The employees are all nice it’s just they are so backtracked and busy with so many customers.<br>I usually always get steak bowl and I’ve gone like 5 times here already and it’s not being cooked right almost as if it is soggy and sometimes the food is cold.
