Order # 40819441288822798<br>Made an online order at 7:04pm<br>Arrived at the restaurant around 7:25 (the same time the order was estimated to be complete.<br><br>I arrived, asked for the order, and the desk lady said to please allow her 5 minutes. I said, “Sure, no problem.”<br><br>It is now 7:35pm. I asked for an update, and a gentleman said, “Yes, Pamela’s order, we are just waiting for the drinks.”<br><br>Time passes: 7:45 pm, 7:55 pm, “still waiting for the drinks.”<br>Mind you, there are multiple people at the corner of the bar making jokes and laughing.<br>At that point, the best option was to request a refund. If you are looking to stop by or do a pickup order, please think twice and find somewhere else.<br><br>Go to a place where customer service is provided.<br><br>And no, a courtesy was not provided either.<br>You can hear the same employees complaining about the bad service as well.
