Applebee's Grill + Bar

I came with a group of nine people and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They were very attentive to the allergies in the group. We had so much fun thanks to our server Boomer. He was extremely thoughtful and personable. He meshed with the group so well and made incredible drinks for us. We will definitely be coming back!

Had breakfast for first time at this location. Waitress was excellent kept us updated on our order. Refilled beverages and gave us excellent service. Food was simple but good & fresh. I would come back,also quiet & peaceful at breakfast time.Almost forgot OJ was fresh!

I went for dinner on Tuesday and was extremely surprised by the 5 star service that we received. Although they were busy we were acknowledged the second we walked in. The food and drinks were received in a timely manner and they were delicious. Our server Esteban was EXCEPTIONAL, he was attentive of not only my table but his entire section. He was polite, and knowledgeable of the menu. The manager Lavon was nothing short of amazing, he approached my table with a great attitude and asked if everything was ok. Such an awesome experience! We will be returning, and bringing friends :-)

Came in to get a quick bite. The omcheese burger is amazing must get. Our waitress Jeysmari was the best! Friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Mr .Williams very nice made my friends birthday special. Will be returning for the great service and food!

Honestly, such a great experience! I’m sincerely SO picky about my martinis and Ari got it right off the rip! She was great bartender, she had the vibes and the attention to detail. The manager Von was so attentive and cared about my friend and I experience from top to bottom. Literally was in the field with his team . And Boomer was also amazing. Hospitality was through the roof. This Applebees location is a gem and def worth the visit! I will be back for sure

I took my daughter here after a long day of shopping and the services was good.The food was good.The bathrooms are clean. Food came out fast in a very reasonable time.

I brought my wife for lunch at this Applebees Queens Center Mall Branch for our Pre-Valentine Celebration. I prayed that we would have a Good Server so we could enjoy our time. God answered my prayers BECAUSE we had an Excellent, excellent Server by the name of JULIANA! Extra mile attention, extra mile service she gave us from start to finish. Attending to make sure our food was great, she would regularly check on us. We had such a pleasant time and lunch because of Juliana. It’s employees like Juliana that make us want to come back to THIS Applebees Branch. We also were visited by Restaurant Manager JUNIOR so that was special too. Thank you Applebees for having staff like JULIANA! My wife and I super enjoyed our time . The food and atmosphere was very good too!

The food was very good, it came fairly quick and was hot. The drink were good too. Everything was affordable under $100 (we splurged a little) Our server Boomer was actually amazing, he knows how to talk to people and suggested food, talked like were old friends and created a great environment and honestly made the experience.

Boomer and Lavon were amazing. The customer service was honestly so good. The servers were so engaging and so welcoming. This is my second time getting served by boomer and all I have to say is good things!!! 10/10 reccomend

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. It took a very long time for our orders to be taken, and no one checked on us to see if we were doing okay or needed anything. When we finally mentioned this to the waitress, she became upset, and the last margaritas were served in a rude manner. Good service is just as important as good food, and sadly this was lacking during our visit.

We had a lovely time. The food was good, the drinks not so much, and the service and atmosphere need improvement. Also, the portions were much smaller than what they make it seem on the menus. Nonetheless, it is a good spot to meet and get a bite around the mall.

First of all, the staff was very attentive and did not rush us at all. Secondly, the food was amazing, I got an appetizer platter and my three choices were waffle fries, mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings. Our sauces were lime chipotle salsa, ranch and marinara sauce. The food was amazing and the sauce multiplied the flavor of the appetizer. Our entrees were delicious, we got a south west chicken bowl and a grilled cheeseburger respectively. The meals were amazing, the staff was quick and the atmosphere was quiet and easy to talk. Keep it up Applebees!

It was our first time at Applebee’s at Queens Central Mall. We had an amazing time for breakfast with Santa Claus, they had face painting they gave toys away. The food was great. The service was good. Santa Claus was so sweet. He was so nice. He gave toys away as he walked around to each table aside to the toy that they allow the kids to pick out. We took picture of Santa Claus They even had a person there making specific design For Christmas, like reindeer candy cane balloons it was great. My son took him home with him. It was amazing.<br><br>The staff was amazing.It was a great time. I must say I’ll definitely be going back. God willing next year. Thank you so much once again for putting a smile on my son‘s face thank you so much. Enjoy your holidays.

I went here on the evening of July 19 the restaurant was very busy but we were seated immediately the server was very nice and helpful I got the create your combo for $27.99 and I got the steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes and broccoli and I also got a appetizer of mozzarella sticks and the food was very good!!

I feel like Applebee's sometimes gets a bad reputation for being a low-quality casual dining restaurant, and obviously the food isn't 5-star or anything, but the food is actually good and you can get some pretty good value for the money by ordering specials and signing up for their rewards program.<br><br>I always enjoy coming here and the service is always great. I can tell that sometimes they're a bit understaffed and it can definitely get hectic on the weekends, but I always leave feeling satisfied.<br><br>P.S. This is not the place to go if you're watching your sodium intake. But that should be obvious.
