Stopped in for what was meant to be a quick weeknight dinner and ended up staying for three hours because we couldn't bring ourselves to leave. There's a lovely unhurried quality to this place — staff give you the space to actually enjoy the meal, food arrives at the right pace, and nobody seems to be watching the clock waiting to turn the table. We worked through a couple of courses, a bottle of wine, and a shared dessert at the end. Every single plate was excellent and the server was a complete delight. The bill was very fair for everything. Already mentally booked for next week.

Had to wait about 40 minutes for a seat. Winded up sitting on the bar. The bartender, Raheem barely said anything to us., wasn't friendly at all. When i was giving him our order, he started looking down at his phone that was under the counter while I'm telling him what i want. As I'm talking to him he looks up and starts smiling and talking to a lady that was at another table. That is the most disrespectful and unprofessional way to tend to a customer. When I got my meal it was undercooked. No apologies, no nothing. The food was not fresh at all. It's too bad the quality of service and quality of food isn't good. The place would have more business if they fixed all this. The air conditioner was on low. It was hot for the amount of people in the restaurant. I wonder if the actual OWNER of this franchise knows what is going on in here. I heard 2 other people complain to the manager while I was there about the quality of the food . They need to have a talk with RAHEEM, the bar tender because he needs to be courteous and attentive to everyone not just certain people. That's a big mall and they're gonna lose business if they don't fix these issues people leave on these reviews.

I would definitely NOT recommending eating at this location! First, the "hostess" seems like they don't want to be there or be bothered with you. Secondly, I had my mother-in-law with me who uses the aide of cane and they were seating us at a high table with high chairs. Yes, let a woman who uses a cane sit on high chair and potentially hurt herself even more. They seated us as a regular table in front of the door. We sat there for 20 minutes and not one waiter even acknowledged us. After about 30 minutes, we just left.<br><br>In all honestly, the hostess and staff should be re-trained on how to properly work with the public.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was terrible from start to finish. Our waiter was inattentive, unprofessional, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We waited far too long for basic service and had to repeatedly ask for assistance.<br><br>To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, which was very frustrating after already dealing with poor service. By the time we received our meals, the experience was already ruined. Cold food and bad customer service are unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a dining experience.<br><br>Overall, this was a very unsatisfying visit and not one I’d recommend. I hope management takes customer service and food quality more seriously.

Went there tonight and after a long day Delroy was amazing he was very busy but very attentive he made sure to check on us and made sure we was good made sure our order was good and gave recommendations will be back for sure

I come here often with my daughter. Sebastieon has by far been the one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. As busy as it was he was very attentive and gave great customer service. I hope to get him as a server every time we come.<br><br>Thank you Sebastieon!

I had such a good experience thanks to our server Kaeron ! From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They checked in at just the right times without being overbearing, and their recommendations were spot on. You can tell they really care about providing good service. Definitely made the whole dining experience even better.

I had such a great experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, Vaeh! From the moment we sat down, they were attentive, friendly, and made us feel really welcome. The food came out hot, fresh, and tasted amazing—everything was cooked perfectly and exceeded expectations.<br><br>Vaeh made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask, and their positive attitude really made the whole meal even better. It’s rare to get both great food and great service, but this visit definitely delivered on both. I’ll absolutely be coming back and hoping to be served by Vaeh again!

I had a really disappointing experience here. From start to finish, the service and overall professionalism were lacking. We waited an unusually long time just to be greeted, and once we were seated, things didn’t improve.<br><br>The waitress was not attentive at all—she rarely checked on us, and it felt like we were being ignored most of the time. When our food finally came out, we didn’t even have utensils. We had to wait about 10 minutes after the food was already served just to get forks and knives, which is honestly unacceptable.<br><br>By the time we were able to actually eat, the food wasn’t even as enjoyable since it had been sitting there getting cold. On top of that, the overall attitude and professionalism just weren’t there. It didn’t feel like the staff cared about the experience at all.<br><br>Between the long wait times, lack of attentiveness, and poor service, this visit was frustrating. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Maya was an amazing server! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She checked in at the perfect times and had such a positive attitude that really made our experience enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Honestly all this money they make they cant even update the restaurant. The wait was over 40 mins then when they give us a seat right across from the open door I asked to be seated alway from the cold more for health reasons. The host said no that was strike one i should of just left but didnt .The server was the only good thing about this place she was very polite.She kept on checking on us. We waited over another 30 mins for food by this time we cold and pissed and we was only getting 1 or 2 plates at a time the first 2 came out then we waited another 20-30 for the next plates no one ate together. Two people ordered chicken tenders one plate the chicken was under cooked , the second plate the chicken was overcooked smh. My food was shit . The food looked so good but the taste was horrible and one of the plates was supposed to come with garlic stick. The soda was flate. And the server she tried to help us she got my son another soda she ketp checking on the food and us . Never in your life you would hear the service was way better then food . The only tasty thing was the quesadilla and the pretzel bread. It suked we ate what we can we basically ate a little but of appetizer than when the food came, we wasn't even hungry we picked on it and we just took it home to try to save it. Werid I been to this restaurant in this location and never had a problem before and I went to another applebee weeks before this time and I had nothing but good things for the other restaurant. I paid my bill not asking for anything and spoke to the manager as well just to let him know he ended up catching the service before she swiped my card for a small discount which I appreciate but still . This was a bad experience . Looks could be deceiving

Not recommended at all. Today I visited this location with my partner, and the service was terrible. The girl at the front door initially seated us at a table that wasn't working properly and then never came back. We had to ask another girl to find us a table in better condition. After ordering our food, we had to wait over 35 minutes just for the appetizer and another 20 minutes for the main course. When the food finally arrived, we had to wait another 10 minutes, and even longer for the eating utensils, only to find they were completely filthy, as if they had been taken straight from the sink and put in the paper bag. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The last time I visited, my partner and I also left without even ordering anything. The customer service is awful. If you want to have a pleasant time with your friends, partner, or family, think carefully about where you go so you don't experience the same thing I did twice.

Nice location, we didn’t have to wait long. Food was good. My kids loved it. The adult drink tasted more like fruity juice and didn’t have any alcohol, just sugar. Also we asked for a happy birthday song it took them almost a hr to get to us and it wasn’t even crowded. It was late as well and my son fell asleep.<br>I like that there is parking. And the restroom was good too.

Absolutely Garbage. I would not recommend to come to this location. Food is nasty, my waiter was horrible.The manager don't care. I waited a whole hour to get my food. My waiter ignored me, so many times, as she walked by, that the people at the table next to me had to stop her to get her attention 😑 . I order my steak well done, my steak came out dry and my mash potatoes was cold. My Buffalo hot wings , some wings was broken and some was bruised. The pickle fries was greasy. My mozzarella was cold,The drinks 🍸 came out when it was almost time to pay. I asked for the manager, he came to my table and after I told him about what's going on, He never came back out from the back of the kitchen. Just sad and horrible work environment. Never again. I should have went to Dave & Buster.

Poor service, waited with my neighbor for our food for over 45 minutes. I ordered a burger and fries. I just sat here. No updates or anything. Finally left cause I couldn’t wait anymore, went next door to Smashburger instead. No refund receipts available apparently, so unsure if I’ll get my money back. Here’s my original receipt with proof I was here and the actual address. Don’t come here, trust me.
