Everything was really nice, the waitress Amara was really an amazing person, she always checked up on us, she greeted us with great enthusiasm and was always very polite and friendly when it came down to my friends and I. Honestly when you go there if you can request her table, she’s always attentive to you and always remember to always come back to you in case you need something or even down to a chat. Most friendly waitress I even had in a restaurant.

Amara was the best server ever AND a real one. Vibes were immaculate, she spoke to us like her people, and bought us the food in a great fashion.<br><br>On another note… y’all the triple chocolate meltdown was good, I didn’t like the ice cream like I thought I would, but the lava cake was bomb (especially the fudge in the middle).

I was there on Friday with my husband & kids. Steven was such a wonderful server. He was very attentive and super sweet to the kids which I appreciated very much, he also showed me the deals they always have which was a steal for me and my family.Overall the food and the drinks here are awesome. Steven was such a great help will definitely be back.

My waiter, Clarissa Rivera, was amazing. She was very attentive with great energy and served us refills before we even asked for them. Also seen her work around the restaurant with will power. She made the experience amazing

Veronica was absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of without being overbearing. She was attentive, quick, and genuinely kind one of those servers who reads the table perfectly and anticipates what you need before you even ask.<br><br>Her recommendations were on point, and she handled everything smoothly even when it got busy. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it really elevates the whole experience. Service like that makes you want to come back.<br><br>If you get Veronica, you’re in good hands.

I am a regular here at Applebee’s and the Bartenders/servers are awesome. The hospitality is through the roof. They know us by name no our order by heart they give us great service every day seven days a week Grace, Yesabel & Dineisi! Deserve all the praises the reason why we return each and everyday!

Andres was absolutely amazing today. From the moment we sat down, I honestly thought he was the manager because of how knowledgeable, professional, and confident he was with the menu. Every recommendation he gave was spot on and made the whole experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. Excellent service, great attitude, and top-tier hospitality. Thank you Andres for making our visit such a great experience!

This is the second time I came here with my class and by far this time was the best. Grace was fabulous. She took the food order from the students quick. The kids enjoyed interacting with her as well. She asked them to wait for everyone to get their food so they can eat together. That was so great of her. I will do this trip as long as Grace is here.

My husband treated myself and our granddaughter to dinner at Applebee's on Exterior Street and it was a great experience. Our server Yessi V. was very polite and very helpful. She had such a great attitude. The food was very good. I highly recommend it. Will be going back soon.

I went to dinner with my friends for pasta night and tried the 3 cheese pasta. It was great creamy cheesy and perfectly cooked. We had a wonderful experience thanks to our server Rose. She was attentive charming incredibly hospitable and just really pleasant to be around. I highly recommend this restaurant both for the delicious food and the incredible service!!

We went for dinner and had a wonderful experience! Our server, Andres, was absolutely fantastic. The service was great, and our food came out quickly. Andres helped us choose an excellent food and drink selection, and he was attentive throughout the entire meal. He truly made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend!

My family and I visit this location yesterday to try their new burger from start to finish. Our visit was amazing our waiter.Eduardo Was a joy to have he also recommended a great drink that I enjoy very much and the Manager Jecely was very present. She check on my table several times and not in the overbearing way. We appreciate the hospitality that we received at this location being that is located in the Bronx. I didn’t expect that thank you to the staff for such a wonderful visit<br>from me my husband, Mom dad and her daughter .

today me and my family ate at Applebee’s bar and Grill and our server’s name was Andre He was very nice attentive and had amazing hospitality. Customer service even made me a beautiful drink. I appreciate the amazing food.

I went here for lunch today I ordered the $27.99 deal and I got steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes and French fries I also got an order of mozzarella sticks. The food took some time but when I did receive it it was warm.. which makes me believe that the food was sitting for while… mind you the restaurant was not crowded when I got my food.. Service was good my server gave me refill of soda even though I didn’t ask for it which is very good service. He was very nice and helpful. At the end I ordered more food to go and it came quick… Overall the service was good and the food was so-so…. I will still come back in the future!!!
