Great service, very clean. Presentation 10/10. Location very convenient and the staff 100/10, Jose was my server and he was very helpful and very sweet definitely I will be coming back. And loved Their happy hour frozen margarita!

Fred was my waiter and he was very informative. My burger was phenomenal, onion rings were perfect, wings were fried well and the frozen watermelon margarita was surprisingly delicious (im not a watermelon fan but it was the only flavor on the happy hour menu). Marianne at the front had to assist me when Fred was busy and she was so kind and helpful. It was my first time and I will definitely return

Stopped in for a quick dinner and the food/service was excellent! Jose was extremely attentive and accommodating, and these continue to be some of the best burgers on the Upper West Side.

Absolutely wonderful experience at 5 Napkin. Jose took amazing care of us — attentive, friendly, and genuinely great at what he does. He made the meal feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Service like his really elevates the whole dining experience. Highly recommend!

Eric was our server and did an INCREDIBLE job!!! He was so kind and personable, not to mention so attentive and great.

I tried the Hell’s Kitchen location last time, so I thought I’d go to the Upper West Side this time. Happy Hour is the name of the game here, the prices are killer! $60 for a burger, rings, wings, and 2 martinis. I tried the signature burger this time, it’s kinda French with Gruyère cheese and grilled onions, excellent. I couldn’t resist repeating the tower of onion rings (half price at HH). Switched the wings to Buffalo style this time - I liked the Korean style better honestly but these were very good. And the martini was so nice that I ordered a second one 🤗. 5 Napkin Burger is becoming my go-to happy hour destination!

We recently visited 5 Napkin Burger and had a good overall experience. Our server, Eric, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.<br><br>The burgers looked handmade and were decent, but flavor-wise they weren’t among the best burgers I’ve had in New York. They felt pretty average compared to some of the other great burger spots in the city. One thing to note is that the burgers don’t come with sides — everything is à la carte — and the burgers were around $19 each.<br><br>The sides were actually a highlight. We tried the sweet potato fries, mac & cheese, and the Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts were a bit spicy, but they are listed that way on the menu, so it wasn’t a surprise.<br><br>Overall, it was a solid meal with good service from Eric. While I might come back, I’d probably try some other restaurants first given the huge number of great dining options in New York.

I shared the turkey burger and the avocado burger with a friend. Both were good. I had come in a group of 7 with multiple dietary restrictions and Eric our server was very efficient + accurate with our orders. I appreciated that he was attentive during our dining experience, and overall enjoyed my dinner here.

Sat at the bar for a burger and a beer. The bartender Victor was very nice and was able to accommodate a special request on my burger which was a fried egg on top... while its not on the menu he made it happen. Had the hazy 5 borough ipa and truffle fries Muah! I had been there before about 10 or so years ago, It was stellar then and stellar now! Sometimes great things don't change...and that's when you know its worth it!

Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She took care of us right away, provided exceptional service throughout, and confidently answered every question we had about the menu. She made the entire experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish.

We went to 5 Napkin Burger on a Saturday afternoon around 3 PM with our friends (two moms and two kids), and it was such a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of seating, which made it easy for our group to get settled without waiting.<br><br>Our server was patient and attentive, even with our two rambunctious girls running around. The service made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming.<br><br>I loved the crunchy pickles they serve at the table—they were the perfect snack while we waited. We ordered a variety of dishes: I had the crispy cauliflower bites, the girls shared french toast, grilled cheese, and fries from the kids menu, and my friend got eggs, bacon, toast, and potatoes. Everything was very good—comforting, flavorful, and satisfying.<br><br>By the time we left, our table was empty, and we all left feeling full and happy. I’m looking forward to coming back with my own family of four. I was surprised by how large the menu was and how much it had to offer. I always assumed it was just a burger place, but it’s really a full-service diner with wonderful food.<br><br>Highly recommend, especially for a casual family meal!

Awesome time! Came in for a late night snack and a night cap. Highly recommend the pineapple margarita! To top it all off our server, Eric, was great! Fast, personable, and super attentive. I felt very taken care of. Cant wait to come back!

Had a really great meal here last week! Always an easy choice to go grab a burger and I really enjoy the atmosphere. Appetizer wasn’t my favorite (just a small portion for the price) but the main and the drink made up for it by a landslide. Also had a great server I think his name was Eric. Will be back!

Anthony is hands down the friendliest person I’ve met at this place. His drinks are great and conversation was flowing. Thank you Anthony for showing my partner and I a great time.

We always have a pleasant experience here. The food, service and atmosphere are good and pleasant. All the servers and staff constantly check in on you. Eric was our server and he was very professional and attentive.
