"I'm getting impatient for summer! So much so that i am resorting to frozen fruits to get a little taste of what is hopefully not far around the corner now! Obviously fresh is always best but in this case the frozen cherries create a creamy texture so in my opinion, they are just as good. You can add a little banana instead of the honey or date but just be careful as it can take over the flavor of the cherries. Enjoy!"
handful frozen cherries
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup homemade almond milk
tsp honey or 1 medjool date
- Throw everything into a blender until smooth.
