"Vegan 'ice cream' is seriously one of the easiest things to make and is really great to keep in the freezer for those afternoon 'i need something sweet, STAT' moments. It's also really yummy to throw back into the blender frozen as it turns into kinda of a 'fray'. So, so good!"
6 bananas, peeled
2 limes, peeled
6 passionfruit, cut in half and pulp removed
- Throw the bananas and limes into a food processor and blend until smooth
- Transfer to an ice cream container (or something that can go in the freezer- i used a cake tin) and then swirl through the passionfruit pulp
- Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until set.
- When ready to eat, remove from the freezer and let sit out for a few minutes to soften. Enjoy immediately!
