"This is a favorite, go-to smoothie of mine. It's technically not a summer drink as oranges are only in season over the winter but the combo of the sweetness from the frozen mango and the kick from the cayenne pepper is such a nice way to get your system going on a hot summers morning that i just had to include it in the summer recipes!"
I N G R E D I E N T S (serves 1)
2 oranges, peeled
pinch or 2 of cayenne pepper (depends how spicy you like it)
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup frozen mango
small handful goji berries
- Throw everything into a blender until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- OPTION: Add a pinch of turmeric!
